After finally reclaiming our home from the horrors of a racoon invasion – banging, chewing, crawling and screeching in my attic, ceilings and walls – I quickly needed to seal my home to prevent their return. I called Top 1 Expert Construction for an inspection and estimate. Top 1, arrived on time and offered to do the job on the spot at a very affordable price. Mike and his brother immediately repaired two large holes in my roof and one shingle on my siding near a second-floor window. They were honest, expert, professional and friendly. I am happy to recommend them without reservation. Obviously, 199 Five-Star Google reviews were 100% correct: Top 1 Expert Construction is the company to hire! Update: A week after Top 1 Expert Construction’s repair, a torrential thunderstorm unleashed a cloud burst that exposed three additional leaks on my roof. Mike and his brother promptly returned to repair the new leaks in my roof. Once again, they were honest, expert, professional and friendly. I am happy to recommend them without reservation. Obviously, 203 Five-Star Google reviews were 100% correct: Top 1 Expert Construction is the company to hire! Update #2 Two of the three leaks previously "repaired" remain leaking badly! I think that they were not fixed properly.

Wow!! Mike is amazing! I live in Long Island and my mom lives in Brooklyn. She needed her roof gutters cleaned and or repaired ASAP. I looked up a gutter repair company on google and I found Top1 Expert company. I’m so glad I chose them. I called and spoke with Mike and I explained my situation. It was like I’ve known him for years. We had a great conversation. He sent his workmen to Brooklyn that same day/evening. They take care of it immediately. They did an awesome job. They sent me pictures and videos and I was so happy and pleased with the results. The price was reasonable. Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable, honest and informative. Thank you so much Mike, you and your team are the best. I recommend Top1 Expert Home Improvement company to anyone.. Try them, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Mike!

They were great! Professional, came on time and fixed my soffit issue right on the spot. Also, my gutters needed cleaning and they installed covers so I wouldn’t have dirt/object issues any longer. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for future repairs or roofing work.
