A&E Queens Roofers

The only one or two-star review we hold for A&E Queens Roofers.

Bad experience with these guys. Called and scheduled an appt w/ Ari for two days later for an assessment. He said they will call to confirm appt. After receiving no calls I called and he confirmed the appt. The technician (Garret) did not show up and no one called either. I kept calling the office which no one was answering. Finally a woman returned my call and said she thought she heard Ari calling me to cancel the appt (which he did not call). She promised to look into it and call me back and I never heard from her again. If A&E Queens Roofers could not come out in the first place they should have notified me instead of wasting my time. If they can't get something as basic as communication right how could they be trusted with the security of someone's roof.

Hired Nick and the team to do a full roof replacement. We loved their work, and they cleaned up well. Fair pricing, we recommend.
