  This company did install very expensive shingle on my roof which was a 100 years GAF shingles. since then because of poor installations shingles coming off of the roof in 3 or 4 of them at the time. also the shingles on the crown coming off too. do not trust their installations. i picked them up because they were GAF certified. I called GAF and they are telling me it is the poor installation and not problem with their products. I have called royal roofing too and they are not responding to my calls either.

  The short version is that they diagnosed an unusual leak correctly and kept the repair appropriately limited. Water entered only during wind-driven rain from the east, while ordinary rainfall caused no problem. The field membrane was still serviceable, but the wall flashing had separated behind a metal termination bar. The loose section was removed, the substrate was allowed to dry, and new reinforced flashing was installed and sealed into the masonry joint. They tested the repair from more than one direction instead of simply pouring water over the roof. It has now stayed dry through three storms, including one with nearly identical wind conditions.

  We replaced the roof over our small workshop with a PVC system. The existing membrane had split around the equipment supports and was starting to pull away at the walls. They removed the old roofing, replaced wet insulation, and installed a new cover board and membrane. Each equipment curb was flashed separately instead of being grouped together under layers of sealant. The work was completed while the shop remained open. Material storage took up more of the rear area than we expected on the first day, but it was reorganized after we mentioned it. The completed roof looks neat and is easier for our maintenance company to access. No leaks or other issues so far.

  I am very happy with the new modified-bitumen roof on our garage. The old roof had several cracks and was leaking along the rear edge. They replaced the damaged plywood, installed the new system, and finished it with new edge metal. The crew worked quickly without leaving a mess behind. It has been completely dry since the replacement.
