  Tony's did a roof project on our home in Sept.2020, they showed up unprepared and caused lots of damage to our home. Then after several warnings about a rain storm coming, they refused to act in "good faith" and cover the open roof and ridge vents. The rain storm came as predicted and damaged the interior of our home substantially! Their insurance company has refused to help and we have had to file a claim with our own home owners insurance company. The water damage Tony's caused will exceed over $100,000 and Tony's has refused to make this right. Hire anyone else to do your roof, please save yourself the headaches....just don't hire Tony's Lifetime Exteriors for any projects. As you will see after I left this review on 12/07/2020, the business owner has left himself some nice reviews, just saying... We have given them several opportunities to make this right, but they still refuse!

  Hello Kent, We are sorry that you feel that way about our company. Tony’s has been around for 47 years and although we try to make every customer happy, we understand that we cannot always accomplish that goal. Our crews are very knowledgeable, but unfortunately mistakes do still happen. We have tried to make everything right, but you are quite frankly being unreasonable and your allegations above are simply untrue. The crews did cover your roof and ridge. Something happened in the storm and a small amount of water did get into your home, which we immediately turned into our insurance so that they could correct the 2 water spots and wet curtain at your residence. Just because the insurance is not agreeing to your estimated dollar amount, does not mean that they are refusing to help. It is your right to hire whatever contractor you wish, and the insurance will cover actual damages. You decided on day one to make a claim with your own homeowners’ insurance, which is your choice, but whatever is agreed upon will still be paid by our insurance - that is how insurance works and it’s unfortunate if the insurance company did not explain it to you clearly. We would be happy to have the adjuster reach out to you again, to answer any questions. However, we will not just give you the $100,000 + you are requesting to stop your false claims. Our hopes are to settle this outside of court and stop the false accusations. We are always here to talk if you would like to settle this in person. I feel that we have attempted to resolve this issue to the best of our ability, and I am sorry if you do not feel the same.

  Our problems with Tony's actually began long after installation. No follow through when confronted with peeling on our "lifetime" siding. Phone calls were responded to with calling the manufacturer who claimed it was the installer's problem. And back and forth we went. To this day, nothing has been done. Buyer beware of follow through on product!

  Patient with us during the decision phase of what type of siding and what look the siding should achieve. Looks great when finished, all the trim pieces around light fixtures and faucets really look great. House looks considerably better now than before. I think it will be protected better as well.

  Extremely happy with the results! Excellent job! I had seamless steel siding, windows, roof and gutters installed in my older home. All work was done with efficiency, timeliness and thoroughness. From start to finish, it was a seamless process. Great communication too! My house looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

  Extensive home improvements can be, and are usually a rather difficult and intrusive matter of home ownership. However with the crew at Tony's we came through pretty much no worse for wear. Starting with Mike Yeager in sales and planning-continuing with Tim the Lead Man on the crew doing the install, and the cheerful gals in the office it was a fun and amazing transformation of our home, which was indeed in need of a total exterior make over. My wife and I enjoyed getting to meet and interact with each member of the work force on the job site. They listened to us, made suggestions and as a team worked to satisfy all our concerns. We were suggested to visit with Tony's exteriors by our financial Mortgage specialists Eileen Theisen, who along with Tony's, I would highly recommend if you to are about to start on your next home remodel adventure. Tony's transformed our home with energy efficient new windows and BEAUTIFUL vinyl siding. Thanks so MUCH Tony's!
