  No respect for any property. Meaning you think it’s okay to throw cigarettes on the ground of an apartment complex you visit. Learn some manners. Clean up after yourself.

  I contacted Exterior Pro after we had wind and tree damage to the roof of our garage/guest cabin due the Memorial Day storms. Erik was immediately responsive and seemed very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Was very impressed to start! Unfortunately things quickly declined. During Erik's first trip out to the site, he mentioned there was additional damage to the main cabin that wasn't address by the insurance adjuster and stated he would provide documentation to submit to the insurance company for approval. It then took Erik and team 4 additional visits to the site to provide a quote to submit to the insurance company but still didn't receive any supporting documentation showing the additional damage. Erik then became completely non-responsive for the next 2-3 weeks despite multiple calls and emails. He then reached back out and apologized for going dark and stated it was due to a medical issue and that he would understand if we didn't want to proceed with his company. I felt this was completely understandable and agreed to stick with Erik due to his initial responsiveness. Erik then stated he would provide the additional information needed to submit to the insurance company in the next day or so. He reached back out a couple days later and asked for the adjuster's original estimate and their contact info so he could submit the info needed. At this point I was optimistic we could get started with the repairs soon. Unfortunately, this is the last I have heard from Erik. Over the last month, I have sent 5 additional emails and left multiple voicemails but still no response. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to consider Erik and Exterior Pro for any roofing project.

  Charlie and Heather manage the process extremely well. All of my questions were addressed immediately and the installation as schedule. Clean up was very good. Josh handled the minor installation issue immediately. Great team we are very satisfied highly recommend the company.

  Josh came over and repaired some siding that was damaged from ice… it was getting time sensitive because of possible fading after another long winter…..did a great job ! I really appreciate someone standing behind there work….its hard to find contractors the follow up… 🤙🤙

  Josh was amazing to work with! 5 yeas ago we had a new shingles put on our home. Just by chance a company wanted to take a peak at our roof for hail damage….when on the roof they did not find hail damage but unexplained shingle damage…we called Exterior Pro the next day and Josh showed up a couple hours later and navigated us through warranty work with the shingle company! Josh was amazing on keeping us informed on the process and when the work was approved over at our home in days! Big shout out to Josh and Exterior Pro for their work!

  We had a wonderful experience with ExteriorPro for our roofing and siding needs. They were incredibly friendly from start to finish. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and they left the entire area completely clean. Charlie kept us informed throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend ExteriorPro.

  I had the privilege to meet the owner Josh. He was very polite, was enthusiastic about his 1981 pickup truck, (I asked him about it, and I really like older trucks) and just how genuine he was about his team that were there. Very cool guy to have a conversation with. Started this business on the side and grew it into what it is today. Very impressive!
