  Sorry you didn't have a great experience, there were many challenges along the way. Some with the insurance co, some with weather restricting our progress, and the communication that was missed on our end. I'm glad in the end that we got the entire house covered under your insurance and were able to give you an updated Roof and siding that will serve you well for years to come.

  We used BD for a siding and gutter job last year. They were great through the estimate process. After the contract was signed, we had terrible service. When they came for the first part of the job they did not complete the job, the work quality was poor, they put the siding on backwards and ultimately they tried to cover up some problems they found rather than addressing them with us. We spent the next couple of months trying to get the job done right, ultimately reaching out to the owner. When he came out, he admitted that their crew had messed up and they would redo several areas and we would not be charged. The quality was much better. When they came back for the second part of the job, they damaged the siding, and their solution was to cover it up with caulk. They also added multiple extra fees that they never told us about prior to giving us the final bill. Shortly after they finished we found out we needed to replace our roof. We did NOT consider BD and went with another company who did a fantastic job. I wish we would have known about the other company before we used BD Exteriors. Edit 5/3/22: The contract we signed stated that we would be informed of any additional areas that needed to be addressed and be told about additional fees required if any. Neither of those ever happened. There was an additional area with problems the crew covered up with caulk. When the owner came out and we discussed all of the issues (work and communication) they mentioned briefly that they were over budget on the job. At the end of discussing what would be fixed, we asked if we would be getting charged for it. We were told no, that it was on them.

  Sorry we were unable to get your project completed for you, My estimator ordered the wrong siding the first time. And after we reordered the right color siding the product was so far backed up from Covid shutdowns we still haven't received it yet

  I recently had BD Exteriors complete a fairly extensive project on my home and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The project included a complete tear-off of the house roof, replacement of all the roof decking, new Class 4 shingles, insulation work, reroofing the detached shed, and replacement of two basement windows. From start to finish, BD Exteriors did an excellent job. Communication was great throughout the project, the crews were professional, and the workmanship and attention to detail really showed. With a project this large, I expected there would be some issues or surprises along the way, but everything was handled extremely well. What impressed me most was the quality of the finished work. The roof, shed, and new windows all look fantastic, and I feel like the exterior of my home is now set for many years to come. It’s a significant investment to take on this much work at once, so choosing the right contractor was important to me. After seeing the finished project, I’m very happy I chose BD Exteriors and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering roofing, windows, or other exterior work.

  Pat Kuehn showed up within a week of requesting an estimate. His suggestions for what needed to be done were sound and did not add a bunch of extras that would drive up the materials and labor expenses. Pat got us on the schedule right away and Henry showed up within a couple weeks to do the work -- professional, quick, and skilled. Strongly recommend BD Exteriors.

  Again this summer we reached out to BD Exterior for more gutters. And love our new gutters! Patrick got the job in motion, sending John and his team who were professional in every way.
