  Just because we don't have your sign in our yard doesn't mean you should stop mid day during the week when every adult is working to talk with my young kids!! Unbelievable!

  For full transparency, I cannot speak to the workmanship of this company, but I can comment on their sales/solicitation process as that's still reflective of their business. Despite having a no solicitation sign visible on my property, the sales executive seemed to think it didn't apply to her, and still knocked on my door and left a business card (which disturbed our dog and sleeping baby). Whenever I need help finding a service, I look here on Google and a 5* company would be one of the first that I'd call, but a lack of simple respect (and obeying the law) here means this one would not be on the list.

  A hail storm went through the neighborhood and unfortunately damaged the roof of my house. I contacted Committed 365 to work with the insurance agent and perform the repairs. I am only giving 2 stars for certain reasons: while the quality of work on my roof was good, I didn't like how I was just passed from contractor to project manager to billing dept. Once one person was done with their 'part', it was like it was a nuisance for me to follow up with or ask any other questions. I don't care to be treated that way. When the work was all said and done I also had some questions on billing and other things. I was told I would be contacted by somebody higher up in management who could answer these questions. I was never contacted. Very upset over this and will not be going back to Committed 365 or recommending them for anyone to use.

  Should be an option for zero stars. Probably the worst service I've ever received. Cullin (who I was informed no longer works there) came out in July of 2022 to do the inspection and we started the claim process, signed all the insurance paperwork, etc. We don't have major damage, claim was around $6,000, plus we are going to add gutters to our house which they quoted at $1,275 so all in all, project is a little over $7,000. Now I get a call today (April 13th) saying they don't do piecemeal work so will not be completing our repairs. So I guess I'm back to square one to get on the bottom of someone else's list. Maybe they should have told me they wouldn't do this size of job back in July?? They even took it as far to submit for a supplement which would lead me to believe there was intent to do the work. But the supplement didn't come back high enough to make it worth it I guess. As someone who works in a service industry, I don't generally leave negative reviews as I understand how difficult things can be, but this was ridiculous.

  Breanna was very professional and polite when she came to my door. I called for an inspection on my roof. As she was very detailed and answered all my questions. I would recommend her and the company! Very professional and polite. I appreciate her honesty.

  We are so happy with our new roofing project. Ryan was very professional and assured us of any questions we had. The work crew did a great job and worked very hard, and of course Cody and Mitchell were the best! We would recommend Committed 365 to anyone.

  Richard was great! Polite, right on time, even asked if I wanted a soda or coffee from the gas station before he arrived! Inspection was completed thoroughly and I feel very confident about my roof now! Thank you Richard!

  Excellent experience with having my roof replaced on my home and shed after a hailstorm. Breanna was very knowledgeable with the insurance process and answered all of my questions. She essentially handled everything from that side of things with my insurance and getting it approved. Once the project moved to production phase, Trent was again very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Roof and gutters turned out beautifully!
