Who stands behind their work? "NOT US!" - Heartland (kind of roofing and siding)

  Reply from the business

Hi Andrew, We’re disappointed to see this review, especially since our last project at your property was nearly two years ago, and we haven’t been made aware of any issues. Looking back at the four projects we’ve completed for you over the past five years, our records indicate you were happy with the work each time. We even reviewed our phone records to ensure we didn’t miss any calls from you, and we’re not seeing any. That said, at Heartland, we take pride in standing behind our work. If there’s a problem, we’d appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please reach out to us at (319) 600-2744 so we can understand the situation and address your concerns. We value our customers and strive to ensure every experience with Heartland meets the highest standards.

Friendly, efficient, and professional. Cleaned up great. Wanted a downspout moved and the 25’ gutter was replaced with no conflict and a smile. When done, they waited for me to inspect and my thumbs up. Job well done!

We had an excellent experience with John Winter and Heartland Roofing when we had our roof and gutters replaced by them due to hail damage. John was very thorough, patiently answered all of our questions, worked with our insurance company on the claim, and was there for us through the entire process. Their roofing and gutter crews were also excellent and did a good job cleaning up afterward. Highly recommend Heartland Roofing and John Winter in particular!
