In October 2025 I had my roof replaced by Toitures OBM, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. If you are looking for a roofing company that combines technical expertise with genuine integrity, I highly recommend them. Here are the key reasons why they stand out: Honesty & Transparency: From the initial consultation, I felt I was getting an honest assessment. Their pricing was competitive right from the start, without the need for back-and-forth haggling. Professionalism & Detail: When I asked other companies for a breakdown of the specific products they would be installing, most either provided vague details or stopped responding altogether. Toitures OBM was the complete opposite; they provided detailed information about every product, ensuring I knew exactly what was going onto my home. Ultimate Patience: I requested several changes to the quotation to compare different materials. They handled every revision professionally and never lost patience until we finalized the exact roof material I wanted. Customization (Skylights): Unlike other companies that tried to push their own unbranded or “in-house” skylights, Toitures OBM provided the specific brand-name skylight I requested without hesitation. On-Site Dedication: It was reassuring to see both partners present on-site throughout the process. Their attention to detail was evident, and it’s clear they take immense pride in their craftsmanship. Reliability: The crew stayed perfectly on schedule, completing the entire job within the timeframe we originally discussed. Exceptional After-Sales Support: Their service doesn’t end when the job is done. They have stayed in contact with us, even sending greeting cards and a gift during the holidays. This level of care and professionalism is rare in the industry and shows they truly value their clients. Toitures OBM made a typically stressful home renovation feel seamless. It is rare to find a contractor so committed to long-term customer satisfaction.

I received excellent service from the OBM Roofing representative (Hugo). He thoroughly inspected the existing roof and then explained the necessary work and OBM's approach, using a model. The quote followed promptly, was very clear, and included photos. Although we ultimately chose another company to complete the work, I have nothing but praise for OBM's professionalism.

#entretientoiture #inspectiontoiture #preventioninfiltration #toitureplateau #toituresobm2 days ago
