  Lack of communication between them, rudeness from the secretary, poor service. If I could give zero stars, that's what it would be.

  Hello, Unfortunately, we were not the ones who installed your roof. We performed a repair and informed you that your roof was not up to code. To resolve your issue, your roof would need to be replaced, as we have mentioned several times. A 1/12 roof (very low slope) should be made of elastomeric membrane, not asphalt shingles.   Please make sure you your final bill BEFORE you pay it. Our bill had extra SEVERAL thousand dollars added to the bill without the explanation. This additional charge was hidden on the bill without a description. When confronted, they removed it without even apologizing. Add all your charges and make sure it equals to the total.

  The company replaced my roof several years ago. After a recent inspection, it turns out they never reattached the main electrical wire support to the roof. As a result, the wire chafed and wore out prematurely. A costly repair for a dangerous installation that could have been avoided if they had done their job properly. I trusted them; I shouldn't have.

  I'm extremely disappointed with this company. My roof is 12 years old. In the fall of 2019, there were strong winds and I lost some shingles. They came to repair it, and I paid because my 10-year warranty had expired. Everything was fine on that front. In December 2021, there were more strong winds, and strangely enough, the same repair that was done in 2019 was blown away again. I called to mention that the same 2019 repair hadn't held up, and they told me I have to pay another $350 plus tax to repair it. Frankly, it's as if I'm going to pay to repair the same thing every two years for the rest of my life. That says it all.

  Following a leak, I called Couvreur Couv-toit (Mathieu), a very friendly and professional roofer. He came to inspect my attic and climbed onto the roof to find the source of the problem. A local repair around the fireplace was the solution; the rest of the roof was still in good condition. Later, I called back to request a quote for a complete roof replacement to compare. Samuel listened to my questions and told me, "Your roof is still good for another 5 years; I can't tell you to replace it." I still requested the quote, and we opted for a complete roof replacement, more expensive but more durable and with a warranty. I got an appointment quickly; they arrived early, around 6:30, a good dozen guys. Alex introduced himself, and everyone got to work installing everything. Having their own crane truck and even a portable toilet, they thought of everything. They were polite, efficient, and patient despite the 40°C humidex (they were forecasting rain in the late afternoon). They repaired the chimney, and even took photos. At the end, they used a large magnet to pick up nails from the lawn and other areas, swept up and replaced my BBQ and chairs, and gave the area a quick blow with a leaf blower. Thank you, Couv-Toit! I'm very happy I chose you. The price was reasonable, and the quality of the work matched their high-quality product. Thank you to the whole team!
