They did my roof, some corners of the valleys were poorly done, the silicone was badly applied, no comment.

Difficult to rejoin. Message left. After a month M. Courville called and said that he will send someone. One week later a person called again and gave me an appointment for the next week. Waiting at home the day of the apponintment, but nobody show up. No call, nothing. Called the company to complain about the situation. Seems that nobody cares. They don't care about the customer. The owner probably won't be happy with this review. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT RELIABLE.

Hello Mr. Papp. You called us on January 24th to schedule a roofing estimate for your house. We gave you an appointment for February 5th at 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, a situation beyond our control prevented our estimator from being present. When we called you to reschedule, you told us you no longer needed our services. Since we have never done business together, a 1/5 rating seems unjustified.

Denis Courville and his team just replaced the flat roof on my house in Laval, and I am extremely satisfied. I chose them from four quotes across different price ranges. From our first contact, he took the time to come to my house in person, answer all my questions clearly and honestly, and explain exactly what would be done and why. He even advised against an option I had requested, which would have been more profitable for him but simply wasn't suitable for my type of roof—that's rare! The work was done professionally, on time, and the site was left spotless. The team on site was quick, courteous, punctual, and able to resolve any unforeseen issues to complete the job. The installed system is high-quality, the warranties are solid, and I have complete confidence in my choice. I wholeheartedly recommend Toitures Denis Courville to anyone looking for a roofer who is a true expert and takes full responsibility for their work.

We had the pleasure of hiring Couvreur Denis Courville (2025) for a roof replacement (3,000 sq. ft.) using an elastomeric membrane, along with maintenance work on two additional roofs. …

We had our roof redone in 2024 and the service was impeccable throughout the entire process: quote, work, and after-sales service. I highly recommend them without hesitation! I got three quotes and with such a small price difference, the choice was clear.

Super professional service. The only contractor who noticed numerous small details that were invisible to the other bidders. The work was completed quickly. The premises were left clean. We are very satisfied.

Honestly the lead up to our appointment was good, as they were very helpful and answered all of our questions by phone/email. EDIT: Deleted the latter half of my review to reflect a phone call from the owner (I think the owner?) to my husband, which cleared up some confusion around our appointment. The owner also kindly offered to answer our remaining questions that remained by phone/email, as we were unable to ask the roofer the day of our appointment. I will note that with this experience, they’ve gone above and beyond and we would happily pay for their services again. EDIT 2: Couvreur Denis Courville has ended up being a lifesaver for us, finding many issues with our roof that a home inspector missed. We would happily and strongly recommend him to anyone, and will certain plan to use him ourselves when the time comes. The service of this company is top notch.

At 78 and 76 years old, my husband and I are at an age where a certain insecurity can often creep in, especially when it comes to home improvement projects. Such was the insecurity we faced when it came to replacing the roof of our small …

The Courville team were smart, efficient and professional. They arrived in force and on time, worked diligently all day, and then a smaller team came back on a second day to finish up the small amount of remaining work. I went up from time …
