Project completed successfully, excellent results, and courteous service from the team that carried out the work. I'm giving one star for their after-sales service; I reported a water leak under my deck in October 2023 and we still haven't heard anything...

From dream to nightmare, that's how I would describe our experience with Multi Métal. Our roof is absolutely beautiful, BUT the subcontractor failed to install the adhesive membranes and flashing. The result: water infiltration in a room of the house, requiring renovations, and no service from the company, which was supposed to come and repair everything over a year ago and no longer returns our calls or messages. A formal notice has gone unanswered. Where was their promised super professional team? No idea, but they weren't at our house when our roof was installed.

After a few minor finishing issues, we are happy with our roof. I hope that Multimétal will truly improve its after-sales service to fully satisfy its customers, as they install good, innovative, and environmentally friendly products.

A highly competent team that did an excellent job. They completely replaced the roof with a galvanized steel roof with a stone-coated finish. The result is spectacular. Completely satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend Multi-Metal Roofing.
