  Terrible company, poor installation with leaks (rain and snow!). Five years later, we are still trying to get them to come and fix the problems. Communication is impossible and terrible; they don't email or call back. We have requested a meeting with the manager, but he refuses to call or meet. I strongly suggest you do not hire this company. If there is ever a problem with your roof after installation, they will do nothing to help you, and your only option will be legal action. A deplorable company; the installation was poorly done and resulted in leaks (rain and snow!). Five years later, we are still trying to get them to come and fix these problems. Communication is impossible and appalling: they don't answer emails or calls. We have asked to meet with the manager, but he refuses to call or meet. I strongly suggest you never use this company: if you have a problem with your roof after installation, they will do nothing to help you, and you will have no choice but to take legal action.

  Had my roof done last year, wanted to wait to write the review to see how it holds up in the winter time.. I had a few problems, tried calling to get someone to come and look at it and no one picked up or just ignored my calls, so I waited till spring once the company reopens so I called 2-3 times leaving a voice-mail and still no answer.. then Francois finally called me back and I explained what happened and I was told " no problem, I'll send someone this week to look at it" . 2 weeks has past i tired messaging him and no response at all.. overall the experience I had in the beginning was good but once the roof was done, it feels like they want nothing to do with you.. I spent alot of money on this roof and was told it would fix all the problems and to me it feels like a lie. On a positive note they were very patient when it came to their payment as we had some issues with our bank.

  I haven't done business with this company, but I witnessed the behavior of one of their van drivers, and I must say he has little regard for the environment. He throws Halloween candy wrappers out of his van window onto the road as if the earth were one giant open-air garbage dump. I didn't see the inside of the cab, but it must be very clean if he throws all his trash out the window.

  Choosing a new roof is an important decision, and selecting a roofing material of this quality represents a major investment. Both the product and the team exceeded expectations. The visual result is superb. You simply need to be a little more careful when walking on this type of roof, but it is significantly more durable. The difference in quality is striking. Beyond the materials, there are the people. The service is distinctive: personalized, attentive, and professional. The co-owner helped us compare different models by placing the tiles directly on the roof. The administrative assistant centralized all communications with the installer to avoid any oversights. The installation went smoothly, with a well-rehearsed team. All the materials were on-site before the installers arrived. You can feel a genuine commitment to a job well done, a pride in offering a high-end product, and an honest, transparent, and accessible approach. I highly recommend Martin and Miguel for their outstanding work. When opening a skylight box, a part from the manufacturer was missing. The team found and procured the correct part the same day. Excellent handling of unforeseen circumstances. What they said they would do, they delivered. The finish is impeccable. Is it possible to install solar panels with this type of roof? Absolutely. Ideally, the anchors should be installed during the tile installation, and the solar company should be involved from the outset. The coordination between Toitures Distinctions and Quebec Solar was simple and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend the product and the Toitures Distinctions team. It's an investment in quality support, meticulous installation, and a significantly more durable product.
