  Following the quote, I decided to go with this company. They gave me a BP brochure, specifying the pages for choosing my roof color. I chose a color using the brochure and the BP website, where it's possible to upload a photo of our house. I chose a very dark gray, almost black. I specified the chosen color in an email, stating that I found it difficult to clearly visualize the color in a brochure. The contractor didn't offer to come and show me the shingles; he simply scheduled a day and then gave me no further contact until the day of installation. On the day of installation, as usual, I had to transport my three children; I'm a single mother. I was away for a few hours in the afternoon, as my two older children had different schedules that day. When I returned, the work was finished and they had left. I noticed that it wasn't the same color as in the brochure or on the website. Even now, I wonder if he didn't just pass off some of the old product. The color is so pale it's blue. I called him, explaining that it wasn't my choice, that there had been a mistake. He told me, of course, that there was nothing he could do and that he wanted to be paid. He sent me the invoice within minutes. He offered to call his BP sales representative but threatened me at the same time that if I didn't pay (I would never have failed to honor a payment; it's against my values), he wouldn't contact him. To this day, his representative has never contacted me, even though I paid. It's been exactly two weeks. He doesn't care at all that he installed the wrong color. He even sent me a photo of the back of the brochure where it says that the colors may vary. During the initial consultation, he never offered to show me the actual color. He even told me to choose from the brochure, and then he said I shouldn't rely on it! During our meeting, I provided you with a brochure and clearly stated that colors may vary. You will understand that it is not possible for me to have all the color samples on hand, as there are too many. At no point did you ask me to see a sample. We regret that you are not satisfied with the final result, and that is why we have contacted the supplier to resolve the issue.   I think they're closed... We had an appointment to repair damage after high winds. They never showed up, and I left messages and tried to contact them several times, without success. So either they're closed or they're completely unprofessional.

  Fair from an honest company beware people they don’t respect the estimate they add additional fees without consulting with the clients , the owner plays with words told me a final price over the phone once he arrives charged more.
