  I scheduled TNT Roofing to give me an estimate to replace my roof. I waited for them to show up at the scheduled time but they never showed up. No phone call either. Ok, I get it. Sometimes schedules can get messed up. I called and rescheduled for later in the week. When they arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the first thing he tells me is that they can't do my roof this year. Seriously? They couldn't tell me that on the multiple previous interactions I had with them? What a colossal waste of my time. I don't care how good these guys are I will never use them.

  Mark I am very sorry for wasting your time. TNT Roofing has been in business for 34 years and we have always done our best to take care of our customers (and potential customers). This spring has been, and still is, the busiest time we ever had and we are learning as we go how to deal with it. There are only two estimators and the number of calls in the last month has been overwhelming and we just cannot keep up. We have never had so many jobs on the to-do list and are at a time where we cannot add bigger jobs to the list. Thank you for your comment, we will use this interaction as a lesson and do better as we move forward.

  The best in the business! They replaced my old roof with heat-reflective and hail-resistant shingles. Got the job done sooner and quicker than I had expected, and left the job site cleaner than when they started! TNT goes above and beyond!

  We had some they should Facia come off our roof. And they came out the next day to fix it. It was a small job, but they did it anyway. I highly recommend them for all your ROOFING needs. I’m so grateful that they came out in such a timely manner.

  After 4 years our roof started leaking. They said it was the furnace vent. I would think that would have been addressed with a new roof. If not tell us so we could address it . TNT reached out to us and fixing the issue free of charge thank you tnt.

  I am sorry that this wasn’t communicated better to you. And that you have had to deal with a leak. The caulk line on the storm collar of the furnace vent is what is leaking. I am willing to re-caulk it for free, or if you prefer have a HVAC contractor replace the vent and I’ll pay for it. I’d like to make this right

  My roof was 22 years old and needed replacing. John came out to give a quote and repaired a damaged area. We excepted the quote and was put on the list for replacement. The time frame was 30 days plus, depending on the weather. A week or so later he had an opening the crew came out and did the house in one day with eight guys. All the old shingles and nails cleaned up. When they left I could hardly tell they were here. No damage to the lawn or shrubs. If I need any more work done they would be my first phone call. Nice people and a good job.

  During a recent windstorm, we had a branch punch a hole through our roof. TNT was able to come out within a few hours of calling them and repaired the damage quickly and for a reasonable price. Thanks again!

  Top notch work from TNT! The quoted price was right on. The crew was on time, efficient, respectful. When they were finished everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend TNT 10/10! From inquiry to finished job each contact was professional!

  They were there with a large crew and completed the whole tear off and re-roof in one day. Cleaned everything up. No yard damage. Could not have asked for more! Great job!

  Jon U. Thank you so much for your service yesterday and 4 years ago. I heard some water dripping in my attic after the huge rain storm we had. I called TNT roofing and Jon responded so quickly. He called, he came by and showed pictures of what was happening as well as explaining the situation. He was so kind and knowledgeable and honest about me having to get a new roof soon. But best of all…he was so nice to my dog Miilu. By the way she liked him too. Thank you again Jon. When I get a new roof you will be the one that takes care of that for me.
