TNE Roofing & Siding

The only one or two-star review we hold for TNE Roofing & Siding.

Friend of mine was looking for a quote on her gutters and they drove past the house TWICE…. And she even tried to call them at 12:30pm today and it goes straight to voicemail. I get it… if you didn’t want to do the job… just say that. Or atleast give her a call and tell her that.

Hi Amanda, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience your friend had. This is not the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel overlooked. We'd love the opportunity to make it right. Please have her give us a call directly at (716)542-7663 and we will make sure she is taken care of.

It’s hard enough getting settled into a new house and then to find out your roof is leaking just made everything so much worse. Luckily we found TNE Roofing and Siding to come out and address the problem. Tim provided excellent service from start to finish! He quickly found the source of our roof leak, fixed it properly, and was professional, reliable, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and the best part is the unbeatably reasonable price. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs—great work and great service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had an overall positive experience with the company. The project was overseen by the assessor, Tim, who coordinated and supervised the project in a timely and efficient manner. I’d recommend their services, especially because of how thorough they explained the process.

If I can give TNE roofing and siding 100 stars, I would. Firstly, the owner Tim was so professional, very easy to work with and extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, texts and phone calls promptly. He brought a crew of 12 guys and they all worked hard. His price was great! He did an absolute amazing job! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner Tim. I am thinking of redoing my siding on the house and I would definitely use TNE again.

Another company told us we needed a roof on our house AND garage. All we needed was the garage ! One tile blew off the roof in high winds. They fixed it,even re-sealed our skylight and vents! They were here at 7a.m. cleaned up and gone by 11 !!!
