  These guys worked on my family's house in 2018. Since then the siding has repeatedly come off, we have had issues with their roofing and every time we call they're unresponsive or act like they just don't care. We understand things happen and it's tough with our weather but they have consistently been rude and unhelpful.

  Took way longer then they said it would, monthes longer, to finish my tear off roof. They often were late or no show on the days and times they said they would be there, or they often blamed the weather and the possibility that it might maybe rain. They also blamed the time delays on the fact that we would only allow them to work on our house when someone was home. Someone had to be home bc we had to have our attached garage open so they could plug all their tools in and we had a upstairs bedroom completely torn down to the studs as we were renovating it for the baby we had on the way. Those two things alone would have given anyone easy access inside all of my home. I took off the quoted time from work so that I could be home the days they said they would be working on our roof but they were often late and didn't complete the job in the original days they quoted. They also put two giant holes in my ceiling drywall in my bedroom and while they did offer to fix it I didn't trust them to do it well and in a timely manner. We had this project done in 2018 and for 3 years we were finding nails and such in our yard, which is great when you have dogs and a child who plays in the yard. We we're so nice that on the first day this company and their workers came to do the work on the roof, we even provided them with pizza, water, soda, and Gatorade and by the completion of this project I regretted being so kind. Highly do not recommend to anyone, there are far better companies to work with.

  They did a job next to my house no tarps marks all over my siding promised they would clean the siding my wife asked them to power wash the owner said he would they never did.

  Hi Rodney, I understand you are the owner of green earth construction, and i understand that we are your competition but you could have done the decent and professional thing to actually contact me or the office if there was an issue. From what i understand the roof that was done next to your property was over two months ago. My foreman also informed me that your siding was cleaned of any dust or tar marks.   I wanted so badly to like this company. When I first spoke with Alex it seemed like it was going to be a great fit. However after 6 weeks I still have not gotten my estimate. I've called and spoke with both the owner and the secretary on multiple occasions. Every time I call it's another reason why they haven't gotten it to me yet. Who knows if the roof would have ever gotten done! It's too bad. I really liked the owner and had a favorable impression, but no follow-through.

  I was recommended by a friend (no longer friends) to use NBS roofing. The price was good but after completion of my roof, I noticed that they used underlayment "jimmy board" instead of what i paid for, osb. Also I noticed that they removed all my joists and replaced them with 1x3 furring strips. They also did not use the shingle color I picked, I wanted dual gray they put a red on my roof. The first snow fall we had this winter my roof collapsed and fell into my basement killing my three cats. Would I recommend? Maybe I was disappointed with the red.

  Tried to contact for an estimate. They lost my #, ok fine. Then they show up unannounced, luckily someone was home and they give a verbal estimate. I wait for the rest if the week for that estimate to show up in my email, never comes. So I call, he says they'll call me back, takes my email add.again. Still no estimate, when I finally get a call back, and mention I'm in the process if getting a second opinion, he sounds annoyed. That was at the beginning of may, I've still to receive a estimate. No idea if they do good work, but their customer service is terrible. Don't see how they can have over 3 stars.

  We are a non-profit and I hired this company to do a large roof, full tear off. First there was a color problem with the roof. They got the wrong color. Then, when they were done (which took much longer than they said), I had a leak. They fixed that. Snow came, I had a leak that stained all the upstairs ceilings. I called Alex and asked for help. He told me it had nothing to do with him. He said he gave me an itemized estimate. He never came back. We called them several times, and now I am resorting to this review. I paid this company nearly $30,000 for a roof and now I have to call another roofer to fix their work. Sorry, my experience was horrible and I'm really sad about it, because they seemed like nice people, but when it came to being men of their word, they failed us.

  I’m very satisfied with the work and the timely manner that my roof was done. Very professional, and attentive to the million questions I had. I would recommend them to anybody that needs a job well done with people that are actually professionals.

  They were very reasonable and extremely friendly. They always went the extra mile to let me know where they were at in the process and respectful of our strick asks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a courteous and professional roofer.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but had to make an exception regarding my recent experience with NBS Roofing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful and refreshing it was to deal with NBS Roofing. It’s not always easy to find a good company that makes you feel that you made the right choice. NBS is a family owned and operated business that truly cares about their customers and providing quality service, at affordable competitive rates. They make you feel that you’re part of their family. I dealt with Alex who was an absolute delight. He was professional, personable and someone of high integrity that you could trust. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me a new roof when all I needed was some simple repairs. I would highly recommend their company and feel comfortable that anyone would be completely satisfied with their services and the way they treat their customers.

  Highly reccomend. NBS finished my roof today. All thier staff we friendly and professional. They did a tear off of my old roof and replaced the roof on my house and garage in one day. Cleaned up my property so you couldn't even tell they were there. Very reasonable cost also.

  My awesome experience began when I met Alex Sr. regarding a repair. Unfortunately I'd already given the job to another roofer because it needed the repair done immediately. When Alex came to the door, I told him right away I was sorry, but I had already hired someone, but we chatted anyway for quite some time. I knew then when the replacement became needed I'd be calling NBS. When it was time for the roof replacement, Alex Jr. came to go over the options, explain the excellent quality of their shingles, and their price was half that of another well known roofing company who has only construction grade shingles.Well if all that didn't impress me enough, when I met the crew and watched them work it was amazing. Each and every one was a perfect gentleman, friendly, and outgoing. They worked well together and I could tell they really enjoyed their craft. There was no loud music, no yelling, and certainly only gentlemanly language between them. Anytime I walked outside Paul would come down and greet me and give me an update on anything from their progress to the weather. My biggest concerns were my gardens and my koi pond. I'm happy to say all went well with both of them. I wish I could hire them for all my needs! I already have my next construction project in mind and I'll be calling NBS!! Thank you to each and everyone especially Alex Sr., Paul, Alex Jr., Patricia, Chris, Steve, and Nick. You're the best!

  I had a positive professional experience with NBS Roofing. I hired NBS for new roof, new gutters and new aluminum heavy gauge trim around all windows and doors- (thanks Chris Sutton). Paul and Alex Burdukov and all the men went above and beyond to complete the project as promised. Five stars for quality, efficiency, professionalism and service. I highly recommend NBS Roofing for your home project. May 2019
