  I had a roof put on my mobile home. Only a year later , I had to have an electrician come out to fix my kitchen wires that were all wet because Stockton didn't seal the roof properly. Then a few months later I had a leak in my bedroom on the other side of the mobile home. The job cost over $8,000 and when I called the reply for the roof leak in the kitchen was , "sorry, we didn't seal it correctly" which was said by Raymond a worker.T hey still didn't fix it even though he admittedbit wasn't sealed properly. As for the roof leak in the bedroom, they said a vent cover blew off so call a plumber. Not a very friendly company once they get their money. They were already on the roof with their equipment, told me they would get back to me, never did. I called them back a few weeks later and Jim said in the background to Kimberly who answered the phone, Get a Plumber. Again. An elderly woman, on a fixed income and they wouldn't help. Not a friendly company once they got their money. I am having a building inspector come out. I am also having my insurance co. look into this.The electrician took pictures of the roof, he said, that would have never passed inspection. :/ Thanks a lot Stockton roofing. I guess $8,000 isn't worth you helping out.

  If details matter, find someone else. Everything that’s not a flat straight wall has some issue. The company made a half-hearted attempt at rectifying the problems, but now they have their money and have gone radio silent.

  Terrible work. Roof done about 15 years ago has needed 5 repairs and now a complete tear off. The install was done with only 2 or 3 nails per shingle the contract said 4. We had them do the first two repairs that they tried to charge me for. The repairs didn’t last. Rather than the hassle I paid for the next two now at the 5th the insurance adjuster recommended a complete reroof. As they are paying for a large portion it’s not like a contractor is trying to get business so I trust that it was poorly done and needs.

  I'm so sorry you feel that way, Jeffrey. We strive to do our best and take care of as many people as we can. We do the very best we can every day and there was no yelling regarding a misunderstanding and/or an estimate that we couldn't get to.

  Unprofessional and rude. Their work doesn't stay long and it's not very great in the first place. I'd recommend to stay away.

  I called on a Monday and was told I could get an estimate on a house I'm trying to purchase, "sometime this week." I asked if I could set up an appointment (I was crunched for time) and the lady just kept cutting me off in the conversation and said it might be tomorrow and he would call me an hour before arriving. I should have gone with a different company at the beginning - but I was having issues finding a company that wasn't swamped due to good weather. After no word, I called back Thursday to see if they were able to come and she said the roofer would be coming tomorrow (Friday) around lunch. She wasn't sure if it was before noon or after noon but she said she would call me in the morning to confirm the time. I called her back Friday at 11:28am and asked her if he was coming. She said he's working until sun down and she's not sure if he was going to make it to our property. I calmly reminded her of our conversations. She got short and began to yell at me. She told me she's "not a magician" and she couldn't help me. She told me we never had an appt, it was a FREE estimate and if he was able to come, he was going to try. This information was new to me, as I was told at the start of the week he would come sometime during the week. She eventually told me I needed to find a different company to do business with. I tried to explain I wasn't trying to argue but she ended up continuing to yell at me and eventually hanging up. I called my husband, he called her. She yelled at him and hung up on him. On Yelp there is a similar review of the same behavior from the receptionist from 2013. Apparently the owners responded to my husband's review and told us we had misunderstood and there was no yelling...which obviously isn't true. When researching this company, I saw a review from a disgruntled worker and chose to ignore it because the owner responded with having "no idea who they are". Due to the owner's response to us, I'm leaning towards believing that review. Pleas

  Stockton Roofing installed our roof many years ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They brought a full crew and completed the job in a single day with quality workmanship. More recently, during the winter, we developed a small leak around an older skylight. They responded quickly, came out right away, and took care of the issue.Highly recommended for quality roofing and outstanding customer service.

  After dealing with having our ceiling to our bedroom becoming a faucet whenever it rained, to finding out it’s because the last person that owned the house didn’t know what they were doing and shingled over massive holes, to now having ridge vent so the upstairs isn’t as hot is relieving. Today was the first test of a quick thunderstorm and we have absolutely zero leaking! If I could give them 10 starts I would. They were quick, in and out in a day, cleaned up perfectly and only flattened a couple hostas (which will 100% bounce back) 10/10 100% recommend

  A storm completely destroyed a gutter downspout. I called Stockton for an estimate. They came the next morning and said "we're here to fix your gutter". They gave me a very fair price and proceeded to replace the gutter. What a nice company to deal with. I will definitely work with them in the future.

  I had my roof replaced by Stockton several years ago. Quick and clean job. HOWEVER, I've since been experiencing a leak and I've found it all but impossible to get a response. I've called and left multiple messages that go unreturned.

  5/17/2023, Stockton Roofing and Siding came out do trim, soffit, gutter and downspouts on my garage. Carl and the crew were fantastic very friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job. I was very happy with the finish results. The workmanship was great and they cleaned up everything all around the garage and driveway. Everyone is not easy to work with. Some companies are rude, overcharge, do a horrible job and make things a bad experience completely. I'm so glad I chose Stockton. I would definitely recommend and happily use again.

  I don't know why you would use anyone else! I have a 4000 square foot roof, there was noticeable rot, complicated skylights, a broken "cricket", busted gutters, termite infested fascia, and more! These guys did an amazing job at an amazing price, I would recommend them to everyone!
