  One morning and discovered a ceiling had a wet spot on the drywall. Shortly after, I found the leak in my roof climbing around the attic space. Panicked, I called Roberts roofing for help. As soon as I could make an appointment was three weeks out, they would only book repair or an estimate not both. So I went with an estimate. They called me one week before my appointment to confirm. On the day of my appointment they NO CALLED NO SHOWED. I’m in the same boat I was three weeks ago with my roof leak. How unprofessional. I thought a local business would treat a good paying customer better. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with them.

  never called or showed up for the date scheduled. i had to call them 4 times to even get a quote. was told every time the salesman would call me, never heard from him. one day i got a quote in the mail. never a phone call, email or anything. not a business i want to give my 16,000.00 to for the job i need done

  I called them three weeks ago to get a quote on my roof, it's a bit of an emergency. It took them a week to come out to quote it and it's been over a week and i have yet to receive the actual quote. I live close by and would love to give local business's the work but it seems like i will be outsourcing to buffalo.

  My roof had no leaks prior to being replaced however after Roberts replaced it it leaked the next 2 years and Roberts kept blaiming it on the chimney, however once they finally changed the flashing on the chimney the leaking stopped. They also left wood that was rotting on the roof without replacing it as they had agreed on in the contract. Very poor work ethic, once they were paid they didn’t want to do anything to fix their poor work.

  I walked into on the of the rooms in my home and happened to look up and saw an obvious wet spot on my ceiling. I called Roberts Roofing and they came out and discovered that one of my roof tiles had apparently blown off. They fixed it quickly and all is well! Great job and great customer service!

  Robert’s Roofing could have replaced our whole roof, but they were extremely honest and told us that we could just repair the section that was damaged. They also cleaned out our gutters which was VERY needed. They also installed a new fan vent (for our bathroom). They were quick and efficient. Our roof no longer leaks and our gutters now do what they are supposed to do. We highly recommend Robert’s Roofing

  I had a new roof with skylights, gutters with leaf guard, and a trim package for my carport. The workers were prompt, did outstanding work, cleaned up well. The price was good for all of the services. I could not be happier and the price very reasonable. I would highly recommend the services.

  Jerry gave me an estimate. Spencer replaced my gutter, Randy replaced missing rake edge on my 2 story peak. They did a phenomenal job, thorough, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend Roberts Roofing and will go to them for all my roof and gutter needs. Thank you, gentlemen!!

  I initially called for a skylight repair and it turned into getting a new roof installed with it. I would highly recomend Roberts Roofing and Siding. They produced an estimate in a timely manner and executed the job within 2 weeks. The roof came out great and I am happy I chose Roberts Roofing and Siding.

  Work was done as agreed to. Only negative comment I have at this time is I was not notified of when the work was to be done so I could be home. If notification was sent I may have missed it.

  I’m enjoying my three season room. Sitting there right now. Waiting to have my current outside door replaced, which Jerry said would be a few weeks. Wondering about the no freeze mode on my heat/ cool unit.
