  Sales guy came out to quote my roof. All he was interested in was making it an insurance claim. I did not to do that all I wanted was for him to quote a new roof. He quickly said I'll my best, it all depends on what the insurance want to pay. He wouldn't stop. Omg what a nightmare. Rude unprofessional arrogant awful. Don't waste your time on this company. Horrific experience and a waste of my time.

  Extremely rude knocking my entire neighborhood's doors after finding one house with storm damage

  Hey Michael, We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. When we find storm damage in a neighborhood we try to help as many people as possible. We understand that most people don’t feel comfortable climbing on their own roofs so we knock doors to inform the neighbors of the reported storm damage and to see if they would like a complimentary free roof inspection. We are not selling anything at the door.   Jacob did a great job inspecting and getting our report over to us. He even created a second quote with different info after we requested. He went above and beyond. Would always recommend TN Quality.

  Our company manages multiple commercial rooftops throughout Tennessee, and every project goes through a competitive bidding process as part of our standard operating procedures. We’ve worked with numerous contractors over the years, so earning a place on our short list is no small accomplishment. We were first introduced to Trevor several years ago through an employee who had used him on a residential project. Since then, he has consistently proven to deliver the best overall value—not necessarily the lowest price, but the best combination of quality, service, communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Trevor’s communication is exceptional. Whether by phone, text, email, video, or in person, he adapts to what the project requires and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. More importantly, he approaches every conversation as a consultant first and a salesperson second. His goal is to help you make the right decision, even if that decision isn’t with him. The most recent example reinforced exactly why Trevor continues to be our first call. While visiting my in-laws on a Sunday, they were sharing the bids they had received for a roofing project and the uncertainty they still felt about moving forward. They were planning to sign with another contractor the following day but still had several unanswered questions. I asked Trevor if he would be willing to review the proposals—not to win the project, but simply to help them better understand their options. Despite it being Sunday, Trevor promptly reviewed the proposals, answered their questions, and provided clarity with absolutely no sales pressure.
