  I would not recommend this company. In my experience, they seemed more interested in collecting payment than actually fixing the problem. Last year, I paid nearly $1,000 to have flashing installed after they inspected my roof. Less than a year later, after only a mild rainstorm and with no additional damage or noticeable wear, my roof leaked near the exact area of their repair. The leak caused extensive damage to my living room ceiling. When an inspector from the company returned, they identified the source of the leak near the area where they had previously performed the repair. This confirmed that the original inspection failed to identify the actual problem. I paid for a repair that did not address the real issue, and now I’m left with a damaged ceiling and additional repair costs. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re looking for a contractor who will correctly diagnose and fix the problem the first time, I would look elsewhere.

  Tyler and Justin were great at communicating and easy to work with. The crew did a great job finishing out our porch ceiling and soffets with professional skill. This is the second job they've done for us, and we would definitely call them again!

  I have only praise for the entire Roof Systems Inc. team that we worked with in replacing our roof! When I found out that our 9 year old Tamko Heritage shingles were questionable, I contacted Tyler at RSI and asked that they come take a look at the shingles to be certain that they needed replacing. Tyler Brewer and Justin Fry responded quickly to my request, and have walked through the entire process with me, assisting me with filing a claim with Tamko and seeing the job to completion! Isaiah Velasquez and his crew completed the job in one day!! They did phenomenal job, and stayed until the last piece of trash and the last nail was picked up, assuring me that the neighbors’ children wouldn’t step on a stray nail! I highly recommend RSI if you or someone you know are looking for quality roofing work from start to finish!!

  RSI has done a wonderful job to our roof in Manchester TN . I can recommend the quality of work that has been done to any company that is interested in roof repair or roof replacement. The demonstrated professionalism from beginning through the end of the project was top notch. Timing and commitment dates until completion of the project were kept to date. Communication and accommodations to our needs were promptly met . Truly a pleasant experience to have worked with RSI on this project.
