  Stacey called me after I had a quote done. We had made a decision to go with another company because the quote went up 15% after the original estimate. I tried to explain this to her and she was extremely rude to me. She would not let me speak and had a terrible attitude. Glad I didn't go with this company because of the unprofessionalism.

  Very happy with Red Beard Roofing. Charles did a great job of going over all of my options from repairing to replacing our roof. We ended up replacing the roof due to its age. Charles was easy to work with and was very responsive and punctual with communication and scheduling the roof replacement. He was at the job site both days to ensure everything ran smooth and to kept me updated on progress. He even stayed late to help move some things out of the yard so I could mow the last night. The team that installed the roof were very meticulous and the quality of work shows. From the flashing work, to the vent stacks, and even the cleanup, everything was top notch. I bought a magnetic sweeper to do a once over around the whole house and found one staple, one nail, and a small piece of metal. Charles was hoping for a perfect score on that but not bad for the thousands of nails and staples that were on the roof. The job took two days and each night guys were out with their magnetic sweepers cleaning up. We have a ton of roofers in the area and I’m sure they all do a similar quality of work but there’s also a fair share I’m sure that don’t. Red Beard Roofing did great work for us! Last but not least I thought the pricing was more than fair.

  Everyone at Redbeard was very patient with me and all my questions. They answered my questions and described things I did not understand so that I knew what was going to be done and what was needed to be done. They showed up on time and left the place spic and span. Thank you!

  These guys were awesome! I called around to five or six roofing companies and was met with the operator several times, it was so nice to finally talk to a kind human at RBR. They took care of me and their pricing was very reasonable. Great customer service all around and will definitely be calling them for any future needs!

  Red Beard provided siding repairs to my home. We had odd damage from sun reflection. Red Beard provided a very good proposal and price. They also had to special order the siding from the manufacturer. Crew showed up on time, completed repairs, cleaned up and hauled away old siding.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Charles was absolutely incredible—he walked me through every single step of the insurance process with the utmost professionalism and made sure I felt completely informed making every decision. He even made extra trips out to our home just to ensure we had all the necessary photos and documentation to support our claim. The actual roofing job was completed so quickly, and the crew was incredibly respectful and conscious of the fact that I was home with my infant son during construction. Our new roof looks absolutely gorgeous! We decided to go with a few of their optional upgrades, and I am so glad we did. On top of that, Sarah was fantastic to work with on the administrative side—she made the payment process seamless and was just so kind and pleasant to speak with. If you are looking for a roofing company that combines top-tier quality with amazing customer service, this is it. They are fabulous!
