7H Roofing and Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for 7H Roofing and Construction.

Never fully fixed, my screw down metal roof needed better people for the whole job including gutter. Not terrible but not great. Showed up to fix but never did the whole job. Now redoing everything. 7H brought too many people at the house. Waste. Next time I hired a GAF Certified roofer and gutter company. That was much better. However just gave up on metal screw down roofs... they just don't work more than a few years. Hire a manfacturer certified roofing company over contractors like 7H. Cheaper and better. Do not hire a roofer that doesn't do the gutter work also. Any leaks on the eaves just end up with people pointing at each other. The longer warranty is worth it. Not terrible but not great. The low slope roof needed full ice shield doubled not just what was placed. See notes manufacturwr metal roof slopes near 2.0. Closures also matter.

Shane and his team did a great job replacing my roof. Shane was easy to communicate with and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Project was completed efficiently. Also fixed structural issues with my roofing system. Highly recommend. Team was respectful and cleaned up after work was complete.

A massive oak tree fell on our house and went through our roof and ceiling 1 week before we were supposed to close on the sale of our home. Shane Costello with 7H Roofing came out and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make this very stressful situation as seamless as possible. We pushed our closing back by less than a month and the whole roof, new drywall and paint for our ceiling, all our gutters, and all our siding had been replaced in time to close on the house! The best decision we made was trusting this company to complete these projects. I would recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy, reasonably priced, timely team to complete their roofing, siding, drywall, and gutter projects!

We hired 7H after we got hit with hail. We decided to go all the way and do a full renovation on the outside of our house. Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with. Down to earth, honest, and feels like a part of our family now. He knew a guy or had a crew for every aspect of our remodel. He was extremely patient when we were trying to make decisions and helped make some of our decisions. He gave us ideas on things we weren’t even considering. The process was so easy and super quick! He dealt with our insurance company which was a huge relief off our shoulders. Right in our budget also. They did a superb job from top to bottom and cleaned up like they weren’t even there. The only change remaining is a new front door and he has a guy for that too. Great communication. Highly recommend.

This is my second experience with working with Jeff at 7H Roofing and Construction. The first experience led me to call on them again after a hail storm and tornado wind damage. If you want to work with a honest company and who have amazing roofing crews. I'd highly recommend them!

They did a great job repairing my metal roof a few years ago and also came out recently on a consult for an issue that ended up not being roof related, but he took his time and discussed the issue. I would highly recommend.

Talk about a transformation! This roof went from worn and weathered to sharp, tight, and ready for whatever the weather throws at it next. Our crew handled the replacement start to finish, and the difference speaks for itself. If your roof is starting to look more "before" than "after," let's fix that.
