Just wanted a quote! My husband and I wanted for over an hour. Never showed up! Never called to reschedule! I finally called TYLER? And he said he was busy at another site and he had an appointment at 4:45 that he had to keep!?! What about my appointment! First impression means EVERYTHING!

  Reply from the business

I apologize. But from the initial phone call we stayed we would attempt to make it out the same day and if so we would call and arrive at 3PM. We also stated it may not be until the following morning as same day appointments are difficult to make. We attempted to reschedule but you did not want to reschedule. Again apologies

Didn't contact us about estimate, we had to contact him. Showed up 6 hours late for estimate, without calling. Gave us an estimate twice the amount we expected based on Home Advisor. 😔 This review posted on behalf of customer who did receive an estimate and had this experience. Posting because I helped them set up all roofing estimates for the property. Spoke to Daryl personally and still have email with the estimate which was sent directly to me.

Sorry. I am just seeing your profile off of home advisor and it was not sent to us. We apologize for the experience. Home advisor may have set a scheduled time which we did not confirm. We did arrive at the property in the rain to give you an estimate later that planned on the same day even though we did make contact to let you know the initial appointment would not be work due to the rain

We apologize for the misunderstanding on the appointment time. We did unfortunately mistake the appointment date for a different time.

From the very beginning of getting returned phone calls from the owner in regards to what we wanted for metal roofing, his quick response for the evaluation and estimate and great follow-through by the crew that came to work this was an amazing experience. Came through a personal referral and could not be happier. Steady work, great daily cleanup, and all questions got answered.

TMT did an awesome job on our metal roof. They worked extremely hard and finished quickly. They used tarps to take off the old shingles and cleaned up everyday before leaving our house. Before and after posted. I would recommend them: professional, proficient and the owner handled all of our questions in a timely and friendly manner.
