Byrd's Eye Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Byrd's Eye Roofing.

We called them for roof repair. Exchanging existing roof screws and washers on a metal roof, and capping off 2 chimneys. Guy came out to evaluate and said we'll be getting an estimate. Couple weeks into it, no estimate. Husband calls twice, talks to a lady that said she'll get with the guy to get us our estimate. This is about 2 months ago. Still no estimate. Could have hired someone else by now and have the problem fixed. If the job is below your standards, communicate it! Don't make promises and then let folks hang there. Terrible and not trustworthy business manners.

Shout out to Byrd's Eye Roofing! I contacted them about a repair job on my roof, they came that afternoon to look at the job. Then they were able to get it completed two days later. They warned me up front that the shingles may not be an exact match due to them being newer than the rest of the roof, but you can't even tell where they had to patch the roof. They did an amazing job, were kind and courteous! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs either a new roof or a simple repair job. They will be my first call if I have any future needs.

We had our old metal roof removed and decking and new metal put on. The communication from the beginning of the process was commendable and such detail to the entire job performance was beyond appreciated. Every step was explained and dealt with accordingly. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and took pride in the end result. We will and have recommended this company.
