  We did repair the driveway and area we worked in. That dirt road is county maintained so if you have a problem with it, you can call them. But leaving a one star review when you have never worked with us is just rude and in accurate. Also there are three other construction companies building houses out there. Before you leave an inaccurate and untruthful review, you should do a little bit more research.

  We had RMC renovate an entire upstairs. Long story short: floors are uneven, brand new floors were not covered when they painted, so my pregnant wife spent countless hours scrubbing paint off, electric outlets are popping off walls, baseboards have come away from the walls, closet doors were never finished, paint was splattered everywhere, they used latex over oil paint on the stair rail, so it's already peeling off. The shower leaked for months, until I finally fixed that myself, because their 2 attempts failed. The only time Leslie was on site was when I called to tell her about something her team had done wrong, which was unfortunately just about on a daily basis. The brand new metal roof, which they also installed, still leaks, even after they sprayed the entire underside with foam. To this day, the roof leaks into the nursery. Emails are hardly ever returned, almost as if they don't want anything in writing. There is so, so much more. Buyer beware.

  Wow, Adam. This doesn't sound anything like the letter you wrote me on January 18, 2022, in which you thanked me for the work, acknowledged I upheld my end of the contract and completed the punch list. "As you have upheld your end of the agreement and completed the work on the punch list that was agreed to on January 3rd, we are upholding our end of the agreement, and paying the remaining balance....thank you for your work..." I do hope your family is enjoying the home and the kids are doing well. Congrats on your son's team win in the Math Bee. It was an honor to be a judge in that event. Be blessed!

  If I could leave a 0 review, I would. Take it from experience, save your time and money go somewhere else. Terrible to do business with. We have been dealing with them for months for a project that was only supposed to take a few weeks. It has been a nightmare. Go SOMEWHERE else!

  Good afternoon Summer. I understand your frustration, as your initial experience with a former employee was less than great. We have expressed our apologies and have done our best to make up for that. We understand there were scope questions, however after speaking with Mr. Bell on several occasions those were clarified and resolved. Furthermore, from the time we broke ground on your addition 9/10, we did complete the project in the estimated 4 week time frame. Final inspection with the county was completed the following week on 10/19. A punch list was given, and those items were also completed. Again, we apologize you are unhappy, but we hope you enjoy your new addition.

  The repair was never done properly. Do not expect them to answer the phone or return messages. I went to their office and spoke to Will about my unsatisfactory repair. He said he would look into it. Never heard from him again. Another Lake City dirtbag company. Not recommended.

  Good day. Our records indicate you are not one of our customers. We did manage to find out that we did a repair for a relative of yours a little over a year ago. We did recommend a new roof, but due to budget concerns your relative opted for a repair to "delay as long as possible". Repairs do not carry a warranty, and the return visits we made were as a courtesy, because we do care about our customers and our work. It is still our professional recommendation a new roof is needed. Our office hours are M-F 8am-4pm. We are fully staffed and have a voicemail service if you call after hours.   Terrible customer service by Paul and Kalie. I was trying to get roof work done on the house and this company strung me along for two weeks after doing an estimate and then responded by saying they did t have time to do our repair. I don’t understand why you would do an estimate if you didn’t have the time? Also, they did not want to repair our roof because we had claimed it on our house insurance and they did not want to deal with any insurance work. So again why would you do an estimate knowing all of this and then two weeks later decide you don’t have the time. This is two weeks I could have been dealing with another company. I am sure another company will be glad to take your business, especially in times like this.

  Approximately four years ago Reed Roofing installed the best quality white metal roof on our main house. Everything went perfect. We just had the same type of roof installed by Reed Roofing on our second house. The experience again was perfect! The knowledge, skills, professionalism, and courtesy of the individuals at Reed Roofing make this company the best of the best!

  Over the years we've had 5 different roof replacements by 5 different companies (various houses). By far, Reed Roofing has been the best. The quality of the entire process was excellent, and Christy in the front office was a real pleasure as our point person. A fair price, a beautiful roof, and a clean yard when they finished. We have received several compliments regarding the work from neighbors and highly recommend this company.

  We had several shingles fly off of our roof last year and then again this year. I happened to mention it to Paul in passing, and the next thing I knew, he was letting me know that his guys would be out the next day at a certain time. He exceeded my expectations on each occasion. I’m so thankful to Paul and Leslie for their servant’s heart to their neighbors and customers.

  As soon as we notified them we had roof damage from hurricane Helene they were on us as well as other neighbors as soon as the weather cleared. Assessed the day after and repairs completed 3 days later. Their family approach and customer service is second to none !! Reed roofing is an awesome asset to the entire community.
