Tmanz Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Tmanz Roofing.

Threw a dozen brand new sealed packs of shingles off the second storey of my neighbours house, smashing all over our lawn, throwing junk all over. Was extremely dangerous, we tried to talk to them and they got very defensive. I attempted to …

Unfortunately, this is a very skewed review. We are aware of your displeasure in our company doing the roof next door at your neighbor's home as the owner (me) was actually on the roof for the entire job. You did not try to speak with me. Instead you emailed the neighbor, who then came to see if everything was ok. Which it was. I stated to the neighbor, if you had any concerns, please come see me. We would never ever drop bundles from the second story of a house. We would not be able to return them, as they would be broken. We did drop them from about 6 feet up, flat so they hit the ground nicely. And it was about 4-5 bundles since I would never order a dozen extra. And debris that may miss the bin during the process is cleaned up before we leave the jobsite. I also checked through all my messages on Facebook and do not see any message from you in my inbox. We take great pride in our business and our workmanship and practice on site safety regulations. The owner of the home was very pleased with our work.

We had a great experience with Todd, very professional and was very prompt in communications. This is as local a business as it gets and I would highly recommend getting in touch with Todd for a quote.

Todd and his wife Melissa were so amazing to deal with. From the day they were recommended to us to picking our shingle colour, and having the work completed they were great! I would highly recommend Todd to anyone who needs their roof done. Todd was super friendly, punctual, on time, showed great commitment and communication from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend someone more! Thank you for the amazing work and ease of service. Being first time home owners, picking contractors can be challenging, however you made it a breeze!

Todd and TManz replaced my roof last year after a big hail storm. Todd and Team did a GREAT job. The price was reasonable and the work professional.

Todd and his team recently replaced the shingles on our roof. We are very pleased. He was very well priced, he communicated well (in terms of timing and when things would arrive), and the work itself was excellent. I will be recommending him.

Todd and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Professional, diligent and transparent. I'm extremely happy my new roof and the price I paid and I'd gladly recommend his services to everyone. He responded to all my questions, got me what I needed and left my property tidy afterwards. Thank you Todd!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was having Tmanz roofing out of Calgary, come do my roof in Lethbridge County. Todd and his crew were extremely professional and dedicated. My roof was repaired in January and if the weather was decent, they were working. Even through those fun loving Southern Alberta winds. First thing I noticed was tarps laid all over the lawn and work area. For easier cleanup at the end. Brilliant and an excellent example of customer service. They also told me my gutters needed cleaning and ended up cleaning them out for me. Talk about service. Good guys doing great work. Thank you again for your professionalism and customer service, which is so very hard to find these days.

They thoroughly tidy up all the debris , and are very thoughtful and respectful of the neighbours !! Beyond professional, very informative and responsive!
