  My condo corporation uses Roof Hospital to replace old fireplace venting with solar tubes. No issues with the work initially outside of them missing an interior cover for the solar tube. This was done in September of 2025 and despite many emails this still hasn't been installed yet as of this review - June 2026. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone and wouldn't use going forward. I'm still waiting... And at this point don't know if it's ever going to be fixed.

  The Roof Hospital is incompetent and negligent. I reported an issue with my newly installed eavestrough and gutter guard. There was a severe leak which I reported in June. 10 days later Dusty came to look and brushed off any investigation and told me to remove some small debris and it should be good. It wasn’t and I reported the persistent problem again and again with no response for weeks. After returning from holiday, I noticed significant water damage in my basement, which is now torn apart for repairs. They are the worst. Stay away!!

  I did not notice the work on the sidings is not good as after winter the top corner is wavy it's not straight need more nails

  I am currently working with Roof Hospital for the Aug 5th, 2024 damage. It's unfortunate that my experience has not been as positive as other reviews, as they were recommended by our insurance provider. It hasn’t been extremely negative (to where I would say to stay away from), but not one I would recommend. Our Sales Rep: Dusty has been very quick to respond PRIOR to signing contracts. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we had about our repairs (roof, siding, window screens and eavesdrops). An estimate was quickly provided and the contract was signed. We informed him from the start that the house is vacant and is waiting on the repairs to be listed. He assured us we were in good hands but unable to provide a completion date, which we were very understanding of, with the assumption that we would get updates on the progress. Unfortunately, that is when the communication has fallen off. After the contract was signed (Sept 17th), any texts and voice mails were not returned. It started him stating that the roof supplies would be dropped off, however after a week – we did not see anything and had to call him to ask. Dusty said the roof supplies would be dropped off that week and roofers would be there beginning of the next. After 2 weeks – we had no one show up, no responses to texts and had to call him to confirm. He notified us that the roofers were delayed (understandable with all the hail damage work being done) and would start the week after. He also let us know that our siding may be discontinued and would let us know by end of that day if we would need all new siding for the entire house. No follow up – We ended up needing to call a few days later and he let us know it was not discontinued we were good to go. Once the siding repairs started, they had tripped the breaker and he called requesting access to the house. I provided a door code and he said he would get back to me let me know if they got access – no response. Our

  Poor work roof leaks now and dents it is what they did. Roof didn't leak before they touched it

  The crews have done great work but chasing the office for 3 to 4 months to figure out where the job is at due to a staff turnover is not my idea of a fun time. Crew was suposed to come in October nobody came. Nobody called and nobody …

  This company fixed yet another bad job done on my roof caused by Total Exteriors. Scott came out, did a water test and found the elusive leak that was not sealed well. The last fix is over a year old now and is still sealed well . Thank you for your professional patient and skilled services

  Scott, Mark, and Sam from Roof Hospital are both phenomenal to work with. As a Condo Manager, I am in constant need to high quality & reliable work. Scott is always quick to respond and to address all issues I throw at him in a timely manner. (And I throw a lot his way!) He will always give me a full report, with pictures, and his recommendations. This is truly appreciated in the fast industry I work in. Mark and Sam have both been quick to respond to all my messages and very easy to communicate with! Overall, this is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them!

  I am hugely grateful for the folks at Roof Hospital for a recent job they helped with; specifically because the job involved a flat roof (which many contractors wouldn't even consider doing) and at my elderly mother-in-law's house. Sam and Scott were superb - getting back to me quickly, clearly and carefully explaining their quote (including specifying materials they would use), and scheduling. Their crew were timely, exceptionally courteous, and even took a number of photos to show the work which was done. On top of that, the invoice included some helpful details for ongoing maintenance to forgo any future costly repairs. All in all, a fantastic experience - thanks for taking care of me and my family Roof Hospital!
