Shakepro has been our go-to shake roof repair company for a while now. We chose them because they are experts on shake roofing, they guarantee their work, and they don’t try to sell you on services you don’t need.

Shakepro installed our cedar roof in 2010 and it still looks great today. It has been extremely durable through everything Calgary weather has thrown at it. Fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship — we’ve been very happy with Shakepro!

Shake pro did a roof repair for us prior to us listing our house for sale. They gave us a free detailed quote after both drone and physical inspection. The necessary repairs were done quickly (despite a thunderstorm delay) and cleanup left no trace. Roof looks great and the 5 year warranty is a good selling feature.

Jason and the team from Shakepro were very easy to work with. The roof repair work was completed efficiently and cleanly. The billing process was made easy, with various options for payment. The after service care was second to none, with Jason going above and beyond in covering off some questions that came up after completion. True professionals!

Great customer service. I had some of my cedar shakes replaced about 2.5 years ago. Last week when I checked my attic during the storm I noticed a very small leak. I emailed Jason U. and he send the technician the following day to fix the leak. The technician showed me the before and after pictures of the repair that he did.

I highly recommend Shakepro for reliable roofing work. Jason arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the cause of the water dripping from my bathroom ceiling. He resolved the issue by installing a metal plate to prevent snow ingress and provided helpful advice on reducing indoor condensation during winter.

My customer experience with Shakepro was excellent from the start. When I called Jason about fixing my roof to told me he would stop by, have a look (I did not need to be home) and let me know what work needed to be done and he would provide an estimate as to the cost. He did better than that he took pictures of the problems on my roof and sent me a quote. Once I confirmed that I was happy with the price he scheduled a date and, on the date promised, the roofer arrived at 9 am. He commenced to remove the tiles that needed to be replaced and then installed the new ones. This roofer was amazing my wife was home and she told me that he worked all day only breaking for a quick drink and a snack. He was still on the roof when I got home from work about 5 pm and continued to work until 7 am, finishing the roof repair and then spending about an hour cleaning and vacuuming up the yard picking up any debris that had accumulated around the house. Amazing!!!! I highly recommend Jason and Shakepro these days when the likely hood is that customers are going to get less than expected and be disappointed with the work, it is an unexpected pleasure to deal with real pros who deliver the service they promise, for the amount quoted in a professional manner. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very positive experience, thoroughly explained what they found on my roof and the repairs needed. The work was very well done and they left the yard cleaner than it was prior to the work being accomplished. Recommended - great way to extend the life of treated pine roofing in hail prone Calgary!
