  Yulia, please accept our sincere apologies. With the Hail Storm damaging over 40,000 homes in calgary we are definitely a little backed up.   Contacted them via RUMI regarding a roof inspection. They were quick to provide the price quote of $150 and when I accepted, same day they confirmed they would send someone in the next few days and I’d hear back with an ETA soon. A week later and no response so I followed up via email to get an ETA. A week after that, still not having received any response whatsoever I emailed to cancel, they were super quick to respond and provided an appointment 4 days out. I understand there is a backlog right now so decided to give them a second chance and booked the appointment. No one showed up and no one contacted me to reschedule or let me know they weren’t coming. I hope my story helps someone else either in that this company stops ghosting potential clients or you avoid them altogether.

  We had heard they were a great company so called on them for a small job. They weren’t interested and before I could explain they interrupted me to say they didn’t “have time for that” and hung up the phone.

  Not even 1 star. The project was poorly evaluated, with the quoted price being 2-3 times higher than necessary for work that wasn't even required. Over evaluation to make more money. Communication was significantly delayed many times, and the company repeatedly misinterpreted the requests in order to defend themselves.

  I am very happy with the job that Benjamin has done. Benjamin was friendly and explained everything to me, best of all his price was not only fair but he did something extra which was very nice. For someone who is willing to go beyond what he was initially asked to do is a "VIRTUE". Although the job was small but well done. Benjamin deserves a 5 star rating.

  First Class Roofing & Renovations rented a flat deck trailer from Excel Trailers, and it was a great experience working with them. Communication was clear, and payment was fast and professional. Carlos was excellent to deal with. I wish all clients were like this. I’m sure they treat their customers just as well. Will recommend to my friends for sure.

  Excellent customer support and response to a very difficult situation with regards to a previous contractor who stole tens of thousands of dollars from three residents in deposit money and from a subcontractor that wasn't paid. Also solid workmanship delivered in a timely manner. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price.

  We just had our roof repaired and reshingled, and it was a really great experience! They did an excellent job, went above and beyond with repairs on our last roof, and it looks perfect! The crew worked long days, and were quiet and polite. Not only did they clean up each night, but they sent someone today to do a last clean/ check after the dumping bin was taken yesterday. We are planning on having other renos done inside our house, and we will use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!!
