  Horiable company Sherene is very rude and knows nothing about roofing. For the money I spent I could have had many other good roofing companies in Calgary. Shame on Sherene taking advantage of a senior citizen.

  Ok i get it. It's hail season again in alberta and roofing companies are busy. So an appointment for estimate could take 3 weeks (although i had other reputable companies coming to site much earlier). I called the company and they set an appointment for three weeks out. Although i was very busy at the day, i made an effort to be there at the time of the appointment and the estimator did not show up. I only found a binder at my door without any price in it! A call that the estimator will be there at earlier time would be really nice. Customer service is not about leaving your fliers at people's doors.

  Our 75 year old house sustained some fire damage from a garage fire next door. Done Right Roofing was given the job to replace the siding on our home. Once the old vinyl was removed it was discovered that our house was originally a combination of wooden siding and stucco. This made the job considerably more difficult. Chris the owner come out to assess the job. The job was given to Cedric and his team. It was explained to me that if the new strapping wasn't perfectly level and even, you would notice a ripple in the siding. Cedric and his team did an outstanding job, they were very professional and at the end of the day made sure that the work area was cleaned up. The team worked diligently in spite of the weather ( March Installation). I would highly recommend Done Right Roofing for either a roofing or siding installation.

  Awesome experience from start to finish. The Done Right team were organized, fair with pricing, offer a good warranty, great with communications and performed a quality skylight replacement! We can see out of our skylight for the first time since moving into our home 9 months ago.

  Professional workmanship . Great communication during the roofing replacement . Careful handling of our deck furniture . Great clean-up after completion of the job . Missed 5-Stars because there was some shingles that hit the neighbours house which they complained about .

  A decade ago, they installed my roof. Recently, I spotted a potential issue and requested an inspection; they promptly dispatched a specialist who assessed the situation and offered recommendations. I'm truly grateful for their service.

  The whole team at Done Right Roofing helped me navigate a very complicated situation regarding hail damage. I needed an inspection on short noticed and they were went out of their way to fit me in not once but twice! I felt like they had my back throughout the whole process. Chris built a detailed quote for me to negotiate the cost of the damage to the home I was purchasing. Without all his and his teams work I wouldn't have been able to close the deal on my new home. I would 100% recommend Done Right Roofing to a friend or colleague and will be calling them back if I need more work done in the future.
