TM&S did an excellent job repairing holes in my roof. They were quick to help fix the problem and I’m relieved I was able to find them.

Water started leaking into my bathroom through the roof vent cap. I contacted TM&S. Two days later, they identified the problem and replaced the vent cap and a shingle of a similar color. The original color had been discontinued and was unavailable in my area. Four days later, I got a call: "We have the color, and we'll be on your roof in two hours." What else is there to say... Great work, excellent communication... Thank you!!!

These guys are literally my favorite contractors. I only wish they did more than roofing Because I’d hire them for everything ! Two brothers run this business and they are absolutely fantastic. Absolutely solid work at fair prices What more could you ask for?

Marcin was a great support on a roof project. He was onsite when the Insurance Inspector was at the house assessing the damage after a EF1 tornado ripped through our neighborhood a week earlier. Fortunately it was a repair, not a “replace” of the roof and Marcin took care of that repair. The roof looks great! I highly recommend this honest and reliable company! Thank You, Joann

Solid roofing job. The price was reasonable for what we got, the crew was polite when I asked questions, and they finished a day earlier than they originally estimated.

started with a quote in early spring after the insurance adjuster came out. tons of contractors working Hoffman Estates right now so I wasnt sure who to trust. these guys answered the phone every time, sent the estimate the next day, and the timeline they gave actually held. no surprises billing wise

TM & S did our roof replacement and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The thing that stands out to me most is around the skylights - our old roof had some water staining near one of them so that was a concern going in, and the new flashing looks really tight up there. I'd searched for contractors in Schaumburg and their reviews seemed legit so we gave them a call. The whole roof just has a clean finished look to it now. The color of the shingles we picked ended up matching the siding better than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Good experience working with them.
