  Used to be a nice neighborhood until this company took over. Water lines are messed up. Rent went up. People are over all unfriendly here. Don't recommend. I'm not kidding, this used to be suuuuuch a nice neighborhood

  In the past two years, we've invested over 1 million dollars to address the deferred maintenance issues left by the previous owners. Our goal is to bring the property up to a higher standard, and while these essential repairs, like fixing the water lines, can be disruptive in the short term, they're crucial for long-term improvement. All other adjustments are directly related to the significant investments we're making in the property's infrastructure and overall quality.

  It really upsets me to have to write this review. We used TJC Roofing for two occasions... repairing our roof and replacing our chimney cap. We were referred to TJC by multiple people and were honestly thrilled with the service and quality of the materials used for the roof and chimney cap. We paid a decent amount of money to make sure it was done right, and TJC did just that. Now for the unfortunate part. We wanted to use TJC to refurbish our sunroom because we loved the quality of service. We contacted TJC and they responded quickly and sent someone out to evaluate. They gave us a generalized quote and mentioned they would be sending us the detailed quote via e-mail soon. We didn't hear anything back, so I contacted Carl via e-mail, phone, and text. He mentioned they were busy because it was that time of the season, which I understand, so I didn't think much of it since he mentioned they were aiming for September for our project and were still working on our quote. Yet again we hear nothing. Even with promises of getting back to us on multiple occasions, us leaving voicemails, texts, and emails, it is now the end of August, and we've heard nothing. I am absolutely disappointed because this was the third of MANY projects we wanted to lay out for the next few years. Regarding the timeline, we asked about the sunroom in March 2024. We were told by Carl over text that the project was something they could handle, and they were going to coordinate a date / time for the inspection. Sent an e-mail on May 7 asking if they were able to do the sunroom project. Received a text response on May 10th and set up the inspection for Wed the 15th at 10am. Inspection happens, great interactions, lot of discussion and details provided about how they could refurbish the sunroom. Left a great feeling... but then I hear nothing. I send a text on May 31, no response. Send another one on June 3 and get a response from Carl stating they were busy professionally, and there w

  Many thanks to the TJC team for bringing my gutters, roof and siding back to life! TJC was recommended by two of my neighbors and I found TJC to be 100% professional through every step of the process. They overdelivered when it came to the workmanship so I'd definitely hire them again. They weren't the cheapest quote I got but you never got the best work that way, and they were certainly cheaper than falling off my roof.....

  TJC Home Improvement did a terrific job on our house. They replaced our roof after significant hail and wind damage. They were responsive, professional, and their quality of workmanship is second to none. 100% would recommend.

  We had an issue come up out of nowhere so gave TJC a call. They came out and looked over everything that could lead to the issue. They were extremely diligent and most importantly they were honest. They found a quick, painless solution and gave great advice. The experience made me wish I had more reasons to call them!
