  Waited almost 3 months to have a roof. Never return calls & let you know what is going on. My permit for a roof expires June 10th.

  The roofing inspection was very professional and I was ensured I'd get a quote the same day or the next day at the latest but it has now been almost 3 weeks with no contact. I have tried calling the salesperson for an update to no avail and leaving voicemails. I even talked to what I believe is a secretary and she said she will handle it and no update on that even. All I want is a quote for my roof work or an update just something. It's disheartening to have to write this but it's worrisome and stressful not knowing if I can get my roof worked on or not. Not a good way to do business leaving someone in the dark with no answers. For now I'm fairly dissatisfied until I hear something back I hope.

  Called and left a message because we had an unexpected leak in our roof. Never heard back from anyone. Called back on 1-8-24 and was told no one has access to the messages left. Then was informed they aren't taking in roof repairs only full …

  I can't say much about this company other than Josh is very unprofessional. He came and inspected my roof. Told me I didn't need a new roof just the shingles patched. He made a time to come back on Monday and never showed up. Contacted to see if he was still coming out and he said he would be out on Thursday. Once again never showed or called. Tried one more time to contact him and he has never answered.

  Crew was very professional and did a great job. Had entire roof reshingled. Excellent clean up and customer service. Everyone I dealt with in the company was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them and use them again.

  We had a great experience with Elite Roofing! We had a few issues with some subcontractors, but everything was resolved and taken care of very quickly and professionally. We hired them to install a new shingle roof, new gutters, and new soffit. Very impressed with their work and will definitely use them for future projects!

  Man can’t Express how impressed I was with the customer service to the same-day quote then less than a week later they was here took the roof off and replaced it all in one day would recommend to anyone
