  Justin did a beautiful job on my husband's metal roof! The problem I have with him is that due to where he didn't leave enough over hang on the roof water leaks in. It runs down and stains my walls and ceilings. He came out and put more screws, but it didn't fix. Now he won't answer my calls. It was a great price.

  They came out one time and put something on my roof where I missing shingles and was supposed to get back with me for an estimate and it’s been when the first storm happened months ago never called me never come back nothing

  Buyer Beware! Roofing America in Malden, WV. They ordered extra materials we didn’t need that cost us over $200 and they would not refund the cost. One was an attic fan but we don’t even have an attic. They damaged our home and tile on our front porch and left about a hundred nails on the ground! Super disappointed!

  Justin was quick to show up and give an estimate, however he never came back. I even called his father who helps Justin operate another business and could not get a return call If the job is small and does not include Justin contacting your insurance company I would suggest you just call someone else

  Unbeknownst to me my roof had been done by Roofing America a little over a year ago. I had hired , paid and have a receipt from MDI Construction. When the roof leaked I contacted MDI and was told that new flashing had been put on. Wait, give it time, watch to see if it leaked again and then the damage would be repaired (patching and painting bedroom wall/ceiling). Again, I contacted MDI and scheduled and confirmed the repair for 10/3/19. When they no showed I contacted MDI only to be told that it was “Justin’s” of Roofing America responsibility and that he would take care of it. After calls and texts back and forth the repairs are still not completed. At the last visit to the house a mess was left with putty on clothing and a drink spilled and not cleaned up. This resulted in a stain on an antique desk. My last communication with Justin was in a group text with Steve Korsen of MDI at which time he admitted that the work area was left a mess and that he would come the next day to complete the patching and painting and it would be “pristine.” I’m still waiting for his arrival! No call, no show! Would never recommend this company and would give a zero if it were an option.

  Exceptional service and price. When his crew arrived they worked tirelessly to get our roof finished. Pricing was very fair, and material quality was excellent. The roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend Roofing America to anyone in need of anything roofing related!

  Justin Came out to access a situation we were having with a rental, He was very prompt to show up and give us a few alternatives. We ended up going with a full roof replacement. During the winter months, the weather was very hectic, but Justin made sure everything was completed properly and safely. His work looks great, his communication was great throughout, and his pricing was reasonable.

  Justin and Scott were great!! They came to my Mom's house in Beaver and took care of the ice and snow build up which was causing a leak in her bedroom from the ceiling fan and window.   We had a major leak during a heavy rainstorm and water was pouring into our living room. I called last minute, and he came out immediately—in the pouring rain—and got the situation under control. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and made a solid repair that stopped the flooding right away. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping people, even in emergencies. Would highly recommend if you need any roof work done.
