  About 7 months ago, we had a tub to walk in shower conversion done in one bathroom which turned out well. There were several hiccups however that the owner had to come out and fix as the installer was just doing quick fixes instead of fixing it right. In a 1/2 bath, we had done several things to make it more handicap friendly due to a elderly parent moving back in. This is where it got completely nuts. The job took way longer than anticipated. Doors were widened, new flooring was put down, hand rails put in, a new toilet put in as well as well as a new medicine cabinet, and etc. The doors/frames were put in and you couldn't open or close them without it rubbing. Thresholds kept coming up. The medicine cabinet was installed upside down. You name it, it was done. The owner tried his best to make things right. The actual installer was absolutely useless at this point. I was to the point of thanking God when he left. I was over him and the whole situation! They had to actually get someone else to come back in to fix things after he left. Now, the thresholds are coming back up again. These are in a cement floor. Had them before, no issues until their installer put new ones in. It's been one thing after another. For what was spent, it was a nightmare and not top rate. I went by the ratings on here and thought it was bullet proof. Boy was I wrong. It may have just been the installer. Still. I would not do it again and sorry we ever did it in the first place. My husband even said he doesn't want to call to have these thresholds to be fixed as he doesn't even want him/them in this house after the work he did. He will try to fix it himself. Sub par. If we need work done again, we'll call someone else. Learned our lesson. The sales guy was great, and the owner tried. Otherwise, not impressed with their hired help.

  I made an appointment for someone to come and look at the damage a storm did to my home had to wait a week or so then before the guy was supposed to get here 2 hours previous he called and said his wife was sick then the proceeded to tell me that I was too far away and my job wasn't significant he said they had a $3,500 minimum well if he didn't come and look at my job how does he know how much money it would be I just had an estimate of $23,000 I guess they missed out on their opportunity to make a little extra cash

  Eddie Keller & Jason Brown were great to work with, very professional & definitely cared about the quality of work the company performed, but I would NOT recommend this company nor estimator Bryan Turman. When I selected this company, Bryan promised to take $500 off the final price in exchange for a yard sign – advertising for the company. This was a roofing job that should’ve taken 1 day, maybe 2 at the most, but this was stretched out over 3 weeks with multiple visits to fix what the first crew did incorrectly – including not repairing a major hole in which they created! When Bryan returned to retrieve payment, I was informed there was apparently a misunderstanding on the yard sign discount but he ultimately agreed to take the amount off the final price anyhow “due to the issues [I] had encountered”. He did not bring any paperwork with him at this time including any warranty information, etc. I was told this would be emailed to me. Multiple texts to Bryan & 2 weeks later I finally received the email. I was not impressed with the appearance, professionalism, or workmanship of the original crew, nor the professionalism of anyone besides Eddie and Jason. Would not recommend this company based on the experience I had with them.

  Absolutely horrible!! Do not hire them unless you’re looking to have your home destroyed or to get cussed out by the team absolutely horrible!!!!

  We had contacted at least 10 companies to get our siding repaired. Once we contacted Secure they were there the next day giving an estimate and working just a week after that. They did a great job and would I recommend them for anyone doing any kind of home improvement or home repair.

  Eddie and the crew came through again. After moving to Proctorville 2 years ago, Secure Construction has been my go to. They replaced a shower, extended my patio and after the storm Sunday did some fascia repair.

  Had these folks come and repair a damaged corner on my house siding as well as install a leaf gutter protection system. Friendly professional service. Workers arrived exactly as scheduled, the job was completed on time and the area completely cleaned up before they left. Solid work. I am very pleased all round!

  Outstanding service from Secure Construction! They figured out how to put a roof over the area between our garage and house. The two buildings are at different angles and different heights; no other company we contacted could find a solution. Their price included reroofing the garage, replacing rotten boards, installing a new gutter and three splash guards, and installing a handrail by the stairs.

  In spring of 2025, Secure Construction did a total remodel of a full bath. Our Saint Albans home was built in 1964 and still had the original blue tub and sinks. The transformation was amazing! They were very professional, neat and tidy. We recently had a leak from that bathroom. Adam from Secure diagnosed the issue and Valley Plumbing replaced the old pipes. We are reaching out to Secure to return and do the necessary cosmetic work to make the bathroom pretty again!
