This company has been challenging. We had our roof replaced in 2018. They were great for the quote & most of the install went fine but they left A TON of nails and cigarette butts in the yard. We have little kids here. I had to make them come back to clean up again. There were other issues as well regarding what was promised versus what was delivered which required me to contact management, but they were handled, not well, but they were handled. Since the roof was installed we've had several areas on the ceilings and walls that are showing obvious signs of water damage. Seems to be coming from the roof line. Have had Tittle brothers out twice for it. They insisted both times they addressed the situation & all was good. I'm waiting on my third visit for a brand new spot with, again, obvious water damage coming from somewhere on the roof. We've replaced the windows so it's not related to that. New high efficiency furnace & AC- can't be that. The rooms with the newest damage were repainted after the roof was replaced, including the ceiling. Getting pretty frustrated. Wouldn't use them again.

Had a bad experience from another construction company but Tittle Brothers made me feel at ease. Great customer service from office staff, to their field agents, to the crew. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Tammy for informing me about your referral program. Already received a referral reward, more to come.
