  Do not recommend! Scheduled an appointment for 1pm, at 1:10 they called to say they'd be there at 1:20pm. Ok,np. At 2pm called again to say just leaving another clients house and it'll be a while til they get to my house. So as going to be we'll over an hour late to my app, ended up having to reschedule. Came on a wed approx there 15 mins (seemed very rusehed )and right off the bat told me my insurance probably wont cover it...with out even checking. I was told he'd call Thursday to do a 3 way call with my insurance company. No call Thursday. I texted fri asking if we could do the call..was told monday after 1pm. Monday came no call, Tuesday no call. I never got any paperwork or emails with estimates or anything either... I finally called the main office to let them know im no longer interested and all the lady kept saying was theyll let the team know instead of tying to get it fixed and keep a customer. Seems like they dont care about their customers at all. Glad I dodged a bullet. Customers beware!!

  worst company ever . put my new roof 8 months ago . and shingles start coming out . spent $18000 . and now they charge me another $500 to send inspection guy at my home . inspection done week ago but gave me no answer . even not telling me if they will cover it under warranty or not . please find another company for ur roof . DONT stuck with them .

  Horrible experience. Didnt flash or run trim board properly, finally managed to get the owner out and had him look at the quality of work... I pointed out the issues, and he looked me dead in the eye and said "so what's your resolution for this?" He also told me, Rotting trim board was letting water in.. If the trim board is rotted, why not replace it, like you did with other trim boards? (That i paid extra to have replaced) End of the day, he wouldnt take responsibility for leaks in the brand new roof or offer to fix (at our or his cost) The dude doesnt give a crap about the job once its done

  Poor communication and poor workmanship. They replaced my roof and it still leaks. I’ve reached out multiple times with no real response. Now I’m dealing with damage inside my home. I would recommend using a different company.

  They replaced my roof and it still leaks. I’ve reached out several times and they have not properly addressed the issue. Now I have damage inside my home (drywall, paint, etc.) because of their work. Poor communication and no accountability.

  Northgate Construction seriously exceeded our expectations. They were on top of everything, kept us updated throughout the project, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Our home looks incredible! You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. Definitely a company we’ll be calling again!

  We had such a great experience with Northgate Construction! From start to finish, everything was easy and handled professionally. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept everything clean, and the finished project turned out amazing. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to communicate with. Anytime we had a question, someone actually answered and took the time to explain everything instead of making us feel like just another job. It’s hard to find contractors you actually feel comfortable recommending, but these guys really did a great job. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would 100% use Northgate Construction again. Highly recommend!

  I had my roof done a year ago the job was done very well after the job was complete and I was satisfied Jordan Frazier my representative told me if I referred someone to them and they had work done I would receive a referral payment I referred my sister in law her and her husband had their roof done in April I’ve called numerous times to see when will I receive the payment and all I get is the run around from Jordan and the company saying they will present it to there production team that’s false business I’m ready to report it to better business bureau false advertisement.

  I'm late in sharing this review but Amanda from Northgate Construction was AMAZING to work with last year when I needed a new roof. She is more dedicated and knowledgeable than any other home services professional I've encountered in my years as a homeowner. We encountered many hurdles with insurance but she advocated for me through it all, I can't thank her enough. Amanda is a rockstar!!!

  Not recommended, left my roof leaking, refused to acknowledge and to fix it. Chicken out from BBB when proof was shown. I been trying to resolve this issue for over a year, sent many emails and made calls but owner refused to cooperate.

  My experience was a very positive one I have been searching for your company 2 years so when my cousin gave me your info I called immediately but at this point I'm retired and living on a fixed income If not for the young man Jordan and how considerate and resourceful he was I would have given up but Jordan provided me with an affordable option that worked for everyone involved I am very pleased with the job and the representative Jordan as well Thank you for your service
