  I had a roof installed by Paramount in 2019 and the area around the skylights have leaked from the very beginning. Paramount sent out a technician to complete a repair on several occasions and each time the repair was short lived. I also inquired about having my skylights replaced thinking this maybe the issue. A skylight specialist company came and looked at the skylights and stated they are not old enough to require replacing.They stated that the issue is the way the roof was installed around the skylights which left a gap and was not even caulked. The company replaced the flashing around the skylights and properly completed the repair and my issue was resolved. This is something paramount should have properly completed.

  TLDR: I don't recommend. They subcontract the work. Need to be constantly monitor them to get the job right. Working with Paramount is your typical cheap contractor experience. Job was scheduled a week or so in advance. The night before I contacted then to check on what time the work was going to start and they told me that they were not going to start until a week after. I needed to get on the line with them and have strong discussion for them to reschedule on a timely manner. And no they didn't start on promised date. The work was estimated to be 3 days and ended up being 2 weeks. They changed soffit and they left open soffits over the weekend and nobody cared to come close the openings risking having critters entering into the roof. They quoted changing all rotten wood and at time of the work they realized that it was too much to change and they were quoting additional 5k. Needed to negotiate hard again for them to honor their quote. They said they were going to provide photos of the amount of additional insulation and they never did. Stay away. Do not recommend.

  Our home with the new roof looks wonderful. Communication with Paramount was excellent. Everyone worked tremendously hard, all were professional and polite. Great experience.

  We just got our NEW roof installed by Paramount Roofing & absolutely love it! The process from start to finish was seamless. Dave was going door-to-door and offering free roof inspections so I said yes. Then, Don came to inspect the roof and my husband and I really liked how knowledgeable and thorough he was. The crew that installed our new roof were great! They did it in 1 day and they were very tidy, considerate of our landscape & yard items. Then, Scott (Store Manager) came by that evening to make sure that we were satisfied and picked up any debris that was left behind. Plus, Paramount Roofing just opened up a NEW office in Plymouth! We like to support people/companies within our community. It was a Win/Win! I highly recommend Paramount Roofing for your next roof.

  In January of this year I experienced a chimney leak which, left untreated, would have ruined my new fireplace insert. The company that had reroofed in 2023 would not be available until Spring! Paramount responded and worked a fix that helped but was not the real solution. They returned in July for more adequate solution. No extra charge! Fingers are crossed for when those ice dams show up. But I have nothing but praise for the effort and persistence and caring concern showed to me.

  Paramount Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the sales person Justin, to Austin, Dave and team were very professional. No pressure to buy. Completely done from tear off, installation and clean up all done in one day! Roof looks great. Thank you all at Paramount.

  I am beyond pleased that I chose Paramount Roofing! From the very beginning, every member of the team made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and always gave me honest, thoughtful advice. I tend to ask a lot of questions and have quite a bit of anxiety, especially after my parents had a terrible experience with a roofing company over 20 years ago that took advantage of them. Because of that, choosing a roofing company was a huge decision for me. Paramount Roofing exceeded every expectation. Don—who is now my "bestie"—was absolutely the perfect salesperson for the job! There was never any pressure, just honesty, patience, and genuine care. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and never made me feel like my questions were a burden, even when I called multiple times. Jacqueline was an absolute joy to work with. She has one of the warmest personalities you could ever hope to meet. Don and Jacqueline helped calm my nerves, especially when I was trying to decide on the perfect roof color, and made the entire experience so much easier. Tony and Scott were equally amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way with scheduling and project updates, and they addressed every concern I had quickly and professionally.   The actual workmanship was 5 star. The guys worked in extremely hot weather and did a great job including clean up. I gave it 4 stars because of some of the miscommunication between my sales person and the supervisor of the team that replaced my roof. I got 3 quotes and they did me give me the best price with some negotiation. Over all it was a good experience and would highly recommend.

  Had hail damage from Feb 2026 storm. Called Paramount, and they sent Seth right over. From the moment he introduced himself and completed our inspection for tge insurance, I knew I was in good hands. The entire process was smooth. Seth stayed in contact with the insurance company. Once approved, Paramount sent a great crew to my house. Roof was completed, from first shingle removed to last nail and debris cleaned up, in just over 9 hrs. And I have a large roof. It looks awesome. I cant say enough good things about the entire company, from the girls handling my phone calls, Seth, then project managers Tony and Phil, they were all professional and knowledgeable. If i ever needed a roof in the future, I would not hesitate to call Paramount.

  We are in Plymouth and recently got our roof replaced by Paramount Roofing. We worked with manager Scott Laske and we are very happy with the results. Our project involved a complete tear off, installation of new plywood on the whole roof, new attic venting, additional insulation blown into the attic, and the repair of a piece of flashing that had gotten damaged in a storm. One of the reasons we went with Paramount was they could do it all! The team of roofers were extremely careful with our landscaping and our windows and doors. They covered plants with tarps to protect them from debris. They leaned plywood sheets over windows while removing old shingles. They worked consistently for almost 12 hours, taking very short breaks. Then, they carefully cleaned everything. They ran a magnet over the lawn to pick up any stray nails and swept the sidewalk and driveway. Scott Laske was a very attentive project manager. He addressed concerns quickly and made sure we were very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to use Paramount Roofing in the future.

They did an incredible job on our roof. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-tier, the job site was kept clean, and the entire crew was prompt, respectful, and hardworking.
