  Dissatisfied Roof leaked first day, broken window casing, bad communication, bad internal communication/scheduling and absolutely terrible cleanup. Was going to give better rating but the thing that pushed it so low was the amount of nails left on my property. I'm very thankful my nephew didn't get severely injured by the stuff left in the grass, I have swept the lawn 3 times now to make sure they are safe.

  I guess I should have checked this before I hired them for a siding job on my garage, since siding is not listed in the services they perform. My bad. Let's just say, the customer experience was more of a hassle than not. I found many nails scattered on the ground around the work site. They promised me they would use some sort of device to make sure all the nails were found. Not!! Then I was shocked to see some of the siding come loose after a storm since it was just installed this summer! The sales guy and manager were disrespectful and unprofessional. To this day they have not corrected the crooked siding they installed around a window. It's not even worth my time to reach out to them again. Always do your due diligence and check Google reviews before signing a contract. I wish I had taken my own advice.

  Did not hire them but neighbors did. While taking a walk with my son. Two of the roofers were fighting ( man and a women). They were both dropping F-bombs and throwing stuff. Super unprofessional to have this in a neighborhood.

  I called yesterday to explain the type of work that I was in need of for my own home improvements. Jamie answered the phone. As I was explaining to her the type of work that I need on my home, she cut me off mid sentence and refused to let me continue. On top of everything else during the short phone call, she said that I am wasting her time before hanging up the phone on me. I suppose if your company doesn't need the business, I will take it else where.

  My roof was old and I had a leak. I needed a new roof and I need it sooner rather then later. I called around got several estimates and some of the prices were out of site and totally out of my budget. My sister told me about CHI. She said they did her roof a few years back and she hasn't had a problem. I called them. Jim gave me an estimated price for roof, insulation and gutters. The next week they came out my roof and insulation was done same day, Gutters were up within 2 days after the roof was complete. They were very professional and didn't leave a mess. They kept me informed every step of the way, and most importantly they stuck to the estimated price. They also had financing available. I now have a new roof with insulation and gutters. I am very happy with CHI and I would strongly recommend them.

  CHI did a fantastic job from start to finish. They did a complete tear out of the roof and installed new GAF shingles + installed new skylight. Jimmy took his time with finding the right solution for our very stuffy attic, personally going up into the space and coming up with a plan to alleviate our ventilation issue. We’re very happy with the professionalism, speed, and quality of work the whole team provided. Would highly recommend them!

  CHI replaced the roofing on our house and shed. Did a great job....great communication before and during the work. Very organized and efficient workforce. It truly was amazing how quickly they accomplished this project.

  CHI just installed a new roof for my Dad. Jim provided a very thorough inspection, detailed proposal and competitive quote. The installation went very smoothly. Chris and his team of 10 showed up by 7 A, worked efficiently and completed the large job by 5 PM. The cleanup was very thorough. Our experience with CHI was excellent and I recommend them highly!

  We were very impressed with CHI! They showed up on installation day on time, with a big crew, and were efficient & very neat too! They were done by lunchtime, & the roof looks great! They even installed a new gable vent for us since ours was broken. Jim was awesome to work with too! 👍🏻
