Really good experience with Tip Top Roofing Service. Living here in Scottsdale, you know how rough the Arizona heat and monsoon season can be on a roof. I spoke with Lior and he was straight with me, explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The crew did a solid job and everything was handled professionally. If you need roof repair or a roofing contractor in Scottsdale, AZ, I’d definitely recommend Tip Top Roofing Service. Good people, fair service and they know Arizona roofs.

Had our roof replaced last week & the whole process was hassle free. The initial inspection with Yahav Sinay set the standard. He arrived on time, explained what he saw with pictures, provided multiple options for repair or full replacement, ultimately we went with full replacement. The communication was so thorough that I didn’t need to wonder what was going on, from picking the color of the shingles to daily updates of the installation, with even more pictures. The crew respected our home & kept everything protected & clean. The processes completed with Yahav doing a final walk thru to ensure we had no concerns, which we absolutely didn’t. Would recommend to anyone who ask.

My name is Roger and I am the GM here at the Black Angus Steakhouse located at 6902 E Hampton Ave in Mesa, Lior and his team with TipTop Roofing did an excellent job on our restaurant. They completely stripped the entire roof and reinstalled all new plywood and even re-built a platform that had deteriorated from the rain. They replaced an exhaust fan that had been damaged during the installation of the new roof. Lior also personally found an AC company to repair the beer cooler unit that had been leaking Freon after the refrigeration rack was put back on the roof by the original AC company. I would recommend Tip Top Roofing for any roof installation or repair, both residential and commercial.
