  Let’s see where to begin…. Rating would be zero if I could. Took months to complete improperly installed. They never called to schedule. The roofers did not know how to install flashing or concrete seal. They tried to put new roofing directly over the old, resulting in it needing to be redone with much argument. The second time they still did it incorrectly by not hanging material over the flashing. Now just months later tiles are falling off and they are trying to argue fixing the issue.DO NOT USE This company. Vey horrible experience also messed up the gutters that they put back up

  Terrible communication on multiple instances. Put my information on other people's accounts, which caused a lot of stress. Its 5 months later and my roof warranty still isnt in my name, even sfter contacting them and bieng told it'd be fixed. It wasn't and I got another warranty letter not in my name. Failed to reattach electricity rod support poles and is no longer responding to correct issue.

  Joshua, I'm not finding any record of you in our customer management system, however we are a licensed contractor, and we do carry all of the required insurances. I'm not sure who you may have been working with or why your rep wasn't able to provide you with that information.

  Our experience with Kore roofing is a reminder that ole fashion quality service still exists. We had a leak coming in through window after last two storms, even though we had our roof replaced 4 years ago. They responded to our issue quickly with concern and advice. We ended up figuring out issue in our own but they still came out, free of charge, to ensure we were good moving forward. Should we need any roofing assistance in the future, they will be the first we call

  My wife Lisa and purchased our house June 2025 and need our roof checked from our insurance company seeing the roof is 22 year old. We called Kore Roofing and they sent out Cole Wright to inspect. We were so happy meeting Cole who provided EXCELLENT customer care, out standing knowledge in product and dealing with insurance companies. After his inspection we sat down and discussed our options. We decided on the 30year roof option. Our crew who installed the roof were awesome and their care and concern in the installation process was second to none! Joan, Eduardo and the crew were the best and left our property clean and spotless. I highly recommend KORE ROOFING!!

  It was a pleasure working with Kore Roofing. I did my due diligence and got 4 quotes for a shingle roof replacement foam/acrylic covering for my patio. I was surprised by the difference in sales tactics and opinions on materials. Kore roofing was straight forward, explained things very well and came in at the best price, by far! It was a pleasure working with Sidney and Austin (my two contacts). The communication was great and all of my questions were answered timely and accurately. The crews that came out for the job were punctual and professional. The job was done quickly and to a very high standard. All crews took care to protect the house and surrounding structures and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I would highly recommend Kore Roofing to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

  As a General Contractor most of my effort is spent finding quality people to team up with. Anthony and Chris are an example of who you want on your team: professional, dedicated, proficient and seemingly always hustling for you. For any kind of storm damage or insurance claim you need to work through, these are the guys you want to work with!   Andrew Grover, Dan Snider, and Robert Petronivich were absolutely out of this world. From the very beginning, they offered a 100% free roof inspection and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were seeing. After the inspection, they found that our roof had qualifying damage that we weren’t even aware of. They walked us through the entire process, contacted our insurance company, and helped file the claim, making everything simple and stress-free. Their professionalism, honesty, and communication really stood out. They made what could have been a complicated situation feel easy and handled every step with confidence.
