  Hired these guys to install elastomeric coating on our roof-said it came with 5 year warranty and yearly inspections. They never once did a inspection. This past year-year 4 we noticed significant damage and called for inspection. Chris came out with his drone and said there was nothing wrong. We called him out on his obvious oversight and were told they would be back to fix it. I tried for months to schedule always told that they would reach back out to schedule and they never did. Just stone walled! I hired a new company that I trust. Chris just lies. And a drone is not how you inspect a roof. Would not recommend this company.

  This is the worst roofing company in town. No shows, cancels last minute, no returned calls, always acts too busy. He has zero respect for anyone’s time. Months in and nothing has been done. If you want/need work done, call another roofer. His office staff is wonderful but unfortunately they can’t control the business.

  We absolutely do not recommend this company for roofing needs. We had our roof redone in 2020. In 2021, we had a couple tiles fall off. We have set 5+ appointments over the course of the last 4 months for Ironwood to perform the repairs and they have not showed for a single one. Every time I call, I speak with one of Chris’ (the owner and roofer) assistants who profusely apologize for Chris’ behavior (yes, I’m serious), but there is nothing they can do. Chris is intentionally choosing not to show up for the appointments even after the assistants promise he will be here. He obviously doesn’t care.

Our team was facing unexpected challenges due to the high volume of inquiries and limited availability of resources during that time. Additionally, it's important to highlight that the repairs you needed were a result of tiles falling off, which was caused by a monsoon storm and not covered under warranty. However, we take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, and even though the issue was not warranty-related, we addressed it, recognizing the importance of a strong roof and your peace of mind, obviously not in a timeframe that you found reasonable, which would typically be very understandable outside of unexpected times during Covid. Regarding the missed appointments, we sincerely apologized for the lack of communication and failure to meet our commitments. We have taken steps to rectify this situation, including implementing better scheduling systems to ensure timely appointments and improved communication between our team members. We understand trust needs to be rebuilt and we are dedicated to restoring your confidence in our services which we are sure was noted during our last interaction Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you faced.   So pleased with Ironwood. Came to inspect and offered quote within 48 hours of my inquiry. The team was friendly and efficient and I got a follow-up visit several days after the job to make sure I was happy with everything.

  Needed entire roof addressed, underlayment and wood replaced under tile, and flat surface patched and repainted. They were the best price of three quotes, professional and neat. Five year guarantee and yearly checkups for five years. Absolutely highly recommended.

  Great company. Roofers are trained and produce a marvelous finished product - both structurally and aesthetically. I especially liked their attention to detail on the finish work. Owner and project managers are professional and experienced, and their crews are hard working and diligent.

  Ironwood Roofing replaced my 25 year old tile roof and did an excellent job! Everyone from the front office to Parker, the manager, to Ivan, the foreman and all the employees were professional, pleasant to work with and very efficient. I most highly recommend this company for your next roofing job!!!

  I had Judson out today for an inspection of my roof and he found a broken tile. The rest of my roof was good and he was nice enough to swap out the broken tile with a spare one I had. These folks are honest and put the customers interest first. Thank you!!
