  This company might be a great at roofing, but is borderline harassing me with the door to door sales. When the young sales guy first knocked on my door I told him I wasn't interested. Now the same one keeps coming back and ringing my doorbell, leaving cards and so on.

  Mike Lay from Hailco came to our door uninvited, ignored the no soliciting sign, then continued to jawbone my wife until I had to step in and make it extremely clear he should move along. Finally had to slam the door in his yammering face because nothing would shut him up.

  Cut me off last minute with barely anytime to stop because he wasn’t paying attention to where he needed to make a right hand turn. Reckless driving in a work vehicle is wild.

  DO NOT!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! A COMPLETE WAIST OF MY TIME. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESHIONAL AND DOES NOT OWN UP WHEN BEING CONFRONTED. I CALLED MUILTIPULE TIMES TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WAS GETTING MY CALLES DODGED. I WAS DROP AS A CLIENT VIA EMAIL ALL BECAUSE MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE DID NOT WANT TO COVER FOR A WHOLE ROOF REPLACEMENT. I WANTED IT FIXED / REPAIRED AND THEY DO NOT DO REPAIRS ETC.I WAS TOLD THIS AFTER WORKING WITH THEM FOR A MONTH. SO DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH YOUR HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. THEY ARE NOT ALL UP FRONT OF WHAT THEY DO. I HAD THEM REPRESENT ME AND WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME OR EVEN UPDATE ME . GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE. IVE NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW BUT MAN THIS COMPANY A WHOLE SCAM I TELL YOU. COMPLETE WAISE OF TIME. BTW THEIR REPS ARE VERY YOUNG AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. i ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES AND WOULD NOT TRANSER ME TO HIM. IF I WAS THE OWNER ID BE WORRIED. HIS ENTIRE STAFF AND COMPANY A WHOLE JOKE.

  Please remind your drivers they are in a company truck and should obey traffic laws. Your truck literally turned left in front of me to make a u-turn. I was in the left turn lane making my u-turn and he went from the thru lane practically right into me. That's NOT ok.

  Hailco did our new roof this week and they did a wonderful job. We were very happy with the quality shingles they installed. The workers started early and finished in one day. They did a great job cleaning up after and I would highly recommend them.

  Outstanding experience from start to finish with Team Halico. Lead Josh Vaile was excellent in educating us to what our roof needed. We had some custom requirements that made this trickier than usual, but he worked through every foreseen and unforeseen obstacle to make the whole experience smooth. Our on-site manager Pino De Los Santos was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout, keeping the project on track. He brought in Mesh Bros to remove and reinstall our solar panels, and they handled it with real care and professionalism. Between Pino's on-site leadership, Mesh Bros' careful work, and Josh's project management, this was a great experience. Highly recommend HailCo Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roof replacement done right.

  Pino was here to save the day. I am scheduled for a roof replacement, in the meantime I had a leak. To fix it temporarily until my roof replacement starts, he found the issue promptly and was able to take care of things. He was my HERO as well; Pino removed a dead bird from my roof as my husband is not well to do it. Now that's going beyond and HailCo you got a good guy! Remarkable - caring and personalized service. Additionally, All worked out with the roof install and panel removal and re-install. Michael Ortiz, was truly a gentleman, remarkable leader, and really good at what he does. His patience with me was phenomenal. You too, Brandon; the calm to my storm through this process. I will certainly recommend your company, Hailco Roofing, any opportunity I get.   In a world that takes advantage & preys on people in need for roof repair/replacement, call Hailco Roofing. They definitely came to my rescue! This roofing project took several months to complete as there were many barriers. Mitch & Hailco company were very professional, very kind, & very patient, & most of all very thorough from start to finish. I am limited physically and was stressed out as my roof was extremely damaged from several micro bursts & rain damage. The Hailco team communicated with my insurance company to make sure my claim was addressed from start to finish & pushed thru any barriers that came our way. The roofers treated me with respect & finished their job in 1 day! They cleaned up very well after themselves as well. My roof is beautiful & safe now. Mitch made sure everything was completed from the beginning to the end smoothly. If you have been preyed or mistreated by roofing companies, your best bet is to call Hailco & specifically ask for Mitch; a family man who is conscientious & is empathetic to people like me who are at the mercy of securing a safe roof. I guarantee you too will have the same experience I had with this wonderful company. I implore you to call Hailco to make your life easier & more relaxed while your roof is handled by a seriously competent team of people. Thank you Hailco!
