  Don't recommend! Had a roof replaced and they didnt change the flashing around my fireplace, instead painted over the old flashing and claimed it was replaced. Well now that the spray paint has faded I can see it is the old flashing. I've had a leak and they have been out to fix it twice and suppose to come again. well I have water damage and wood rot and have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come out again. Also, have a bubble in my roof. So ive paid for materials that were not replaced, which is a breach of contract. I went with them because they were the cheapest, and I see why now. Stay away from this company.

  Mr. Davis, we answered your call and spoke to you and gave you a date that we could check out what is going on at your home with the presumptive leaks. You told us that wasn’t soon enough, and you said you were going to take it to the BBB. You mention that the leaks started in October but didn’t call us until late February. There is no way we used silicone because we are a professional company and also because it passed inspection by the county. If you would still like us to come to your home and inspect, we would be happy to do so.

  I have been trying to speak with the owners for a week and have been told I should be receiving a call from them. The owners haven’t contacted me, and in the meantime, the roof replacement HE Roberts did caused me damage to my property. The nails they used for the roofing coming through my porch ceiling, splintering the wood, and ruining a pretty recent paint job. These nails jut out around the entire perimeter of the house under the eaves as well. After speaking with the project manager about it, he basically said it was normal for that to happen on house of my age….which is not true. Downtown, East Hill, and North Hill are almost completely made up of houses the same age as mine, but don’t have nails coming out from the roofing job. I’ve spoken with other people in the industry and showed them the photos, and they confirmed that it is absolutely not normal- and it comes down to poor workmanship and using the wrong size nails. The fact that those in charge have not even bothered to contact me about this speaks volumes. I would not recommend this roofing company. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headaches and damage to property you didn’t sign up for.

  They came on Tuesday and were done by Thursday. Had a few surprises on my damaged wood, took care of it and always kept in touch. Cleaned up so well I didn’t find anything in the yard!! Who does that anymore? They did!! I highly recommend them!!

  I had my roof completely replaced in February 2025, and the experience exceeded my expectations. During the process, the team identified and corrected substandard work from a previous contractor. All damaged decking was replaced with plywood rather than OSB, which was especially important given the age of my home and the original plywood decking. Hunter, Brandon, and Jason were all directly involved throughout the project. Every concern I raised was taken seriously, and they provided thoughtful recommendations to ensure the roof’s long-term durability. The communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would confidently make them my first call for any future roofing needs.

  I had H.E. Roberts Roofing replace my roof in 2020 and after his warranty was over he drove from Milton to Panama city to replace a section that was a manufacturer defect. It cost me nothing extra and he did it quick and was very polite. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement or repairs. Thank you!

  I would recommend H.E. Robert’s Roofing, LLC. As a local Christian values company, you will experience an honest quote, experienced labor, and timely service. I had a few nails uplifting my roof and a few squirrels were eating my pipes on my roof. H.E. Robert’s Roofing, came out expeditiously and quoted me a fair price to fix the nails and the pipes. They also saw a few other areas of concern while in the roof and took care of the matter. I was scheduled promptly and roof was fixed before the snow. I have had zero issues with any of the repairs. I appreciate the honesty, value and excellence given by this company. I would recommend if you want a company that is competitive, local and competent. I would recommend this company to a friend or colleague or relative. Overall value, integrity and service is beyond expectations for a professional roofing company in this area. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have a lot of rentals and this guy has replaced at least 6 roofs for me. He is very dependable and really cares about doing a quality job, while charging less than most.   HE Roberts Roofing smashed it out of the roof!!!! We obtained several quotes and decided upon HE Roberts roofing due to quote process, having roofers on payroll, and being a local company for several years. The owner and project manager went to high school together and formed a company after military service etc. The process was easy and every question was promptly answered.
