  Their salesman came out and gave an estimate (mid Dec. 2017) with the promise of submitting the necessary paperwork to my insurance company. He said he used to work as an adjuster so he knew exactly what format to write it. After 2.5 months of many calls/ leaving messages to the salesman most were not returned. On the occasion he answered it, he was always in the middle of something and said he’d call back, most times he did not. At one point he implied he sent it out, but admitted later that he didn’t. I called the office Feb 7th and explained my problem with their salesman and they promised to get back to me, they didn’t. I called again today Feb 16th and the lady I spoke with didn’t know if the information was sent to the insurance company. If this is how the business runs even before the actual work is done, I can’t even imagine the frustration level dealing with an issue after they’ve been paid. In total transparency, both the salesman and lady at the office were always very polite and sounded very sincere. I wasn’t over bearing or demanding in any way. I don’t know why they would not follow through on the promised info to the insurance company, nor why they don’t return calls. Regardless, I would never do business with them and suggest you give serious thought before you engage their services.

  I used TIm Sanders once before and thought he was wonderful. When I needed to have another home repaired a year later, i called him back. I called for over 2 months and no return call was made. I even requested to have Tim personally call me. He did not make an effort. This company has lost all of my business for ALL of my properties. BAD decision on their part.

  Reliable, courteous, and great craftsman ship! There aren’t too many companies these days that the owner will still get up on the roof and throw it down! However Tim does!! The crew showed up everyday at the same time and worked late every day. The work ethic this company shows is amazing and you won’t find anyone better! If you want quality craftsmanship Tim Sanders Roofing is the company to turn to!

  Called Tim to look into having a rain diverted installed in front of my chimney. He identified the siding on the chimney as the actual culprit and gave me advice on how to go about fixing it. Very nice guy super honest and will definitely keep his contact info in case I ever need it

  I highly recommend Tim Sanders roofing. Not only was Mr. Sanders extremely professional, knowledgeable. He provided wonderful and personal customer care.   My first experience with TSR and it was a good one. I had minimal damage from the hurricane with several shingles ripped off my roof. I contacted Tim and he squeezed me into his schedule. His crew rapidly took care of all the problem areas with skill and efficiency.

  I contacted Tim Sanders Roofing after hurricane Milton to look at minor damage to the roof. He said that he would be by same day to take a look. He came by and was able to fix the issue quickly and effectively. Prompt, professional and courteous! Highly recommend for any roofing needs.
