  We received 3 quotes for a repair on flashing on our roof. Our estimator was extremely honest and told us what did and didn’t need to be replaced instead of just encouraging us to file a claim with our homeowners insurance to get a new roof. The work was prompt and looks great! Would definitely recommend them to anyway!

  I had 4 different companies come and give estimates on my 1100sqft home. Tim Leeper was the only one of the three that met all my requirements. Super fast quote, very good price, terrific communication and follow through and some really nice people to deal with. They 100% earned this review with their professionalism, level of respect and friendliness. They were speedy all throughout even the day of install. I cannot recommend them enough. I will consider them first going forward. 10 thumbs way up! Happy customer!

  About five years ago, I had a new roof installed by a well-known Nashville company, but it has had a small leak since the beginning. They never found the source and eventually gave up, and other roofers I hired couldn't fix it either. A couple of weeks ago, after some shingles blew off, I called Tim Leeper Roofing. When their representative came out, I mentioned my ongoing frustration with that leak. He actually listened and inspected the area, discovering that some of the original shingles hadn't been installed properly, which was causing water to pool. He came up with a clear, reasonable plan to fix it. Since the repairs were completed, we've had a major rainstorm, and I’m happy to report there was no leak. I would definitely recommend them—they’re the only ones who actually listened, understood the problem, and provided a real solution.

  They came to correct a couple areas where water was penetrating through exposed nails, added a couple vents and seal around our power pole. They showed on time and conducted the work well. Ran into a couple items that they addressed immediately. They even reduced the price due to work that was planned reducing.

  Tim Leeper is the only place to go for a new roof. I already knew this from the experience of friends and family, but I finally witnessed it firsthand. No one else in the business stands behind their work the way they do. My house looks like a brand new house now! Andy and Dalton went above and beyond in estimating, scheduling, and even helping pick shingle and gutter color. Manny and the crew worked very hard to make sure the finished product was perfect, and kept me informed every step of the way. Bridgette and Victoria from the office were also very polite and helpful. They also made sure to offer the best price in town for the products we chose. Your roof is one of the MOST important investments you can make on your house, structurally and financially. Tim Leeper roofing is the only decision here!

  The job was executed perfectly with clear communication from the onset and an accurate run through of the estimate. The estimate was competitive compared to other local businesses. I’d like to call out Brent for his support from the get go, and support he offered - as well as the team for doing a quick job and clearing up everything. I would certainly recommend them!
