  I’m not sure why they sent me a link and asked me to complete this review. They came and gave me an estimate. It was the highest quote from (3) separate companies and I chose Dale Insulation and Gutters to do my job. It’s ironic that Quality Exteriors wanted me to share my experience, but that’s what I experienced

  Terrible all the way around. Our roof started leaking. These folks were recommended by our insurance agent. First, we were told they’d be right out to tarp the roof. Never happened. No big deal because it was dry for a few days. Was told their crew came out while I was at work and all was fixed. Rains again this past Friday. Leaking into house still. Nothing was fixed. I reach out to Blake, my point of contact, and didn’t get an answer from anybody. Stay away from these people. Not professional, terrible work if they even do it in the first place.

  QE put a new Roof, Gutters, and Soffit On Our Home In Murfreesboro 2012. Since That Time We Have Experienced Leaks in our breakfast Nook, Garage and now our Living Room. Their guys came out when it started in the nook and garage. They used some silicone (useless) and said they would come back. Haven’t seen them since. You can see where water is running along the Rafters. I called several weeks ago and the lady said she’d have her guys out that Monday. Have heard nothing. Heavy Rain Is When It Happens. $42k is a lot of money for something that leaks. I’m hopeful I will hear back from you!

  they did not do a good job, and got bad attitude. not good service. disappointed. said we were going to receive a rebate. nothing followed after they got paid.

  We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Tyler was extremely professional and made sure everything went smoothly from the first inspection through the final cleanup. He was honest about what our roof needed and never made us feel pressured. The finished roof looks amazing, and the entire team did a great job. Highly recommend!

  My overall experience was GREAT! Chuck gave me the absolute best price with an outstanding product, the best warranty along with excellent communication throughout my roof replacement. The crew that installed my roof was outstanding! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of attention to detail from the “ on site supervisor “. I feel he could have been more proactive rather than reactive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

  Tyler went above and beyond! He was courteous, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly! We had a wonderful experience with this roofing company from beginning to end.
