  We contacted Hisway because of a leak we were having in our upstairs bathroom. They came out, took pictures and convinced us our roof had hail damage and to contact our insurance. I filed a claim using the hail date that was given me by Hisway and an adjustor came to look at our roof. He said the roof was fine and leak was probably coming from some faulty boots around the vents. They denied our claim for a new roof replacement. I asked Kyle the representative several times after that for a quote to fix the damage but he never responded to my texts. I got the impression they were only interested in the insurance money for the complete roof replacement job and not in helping me with my smaller leak problem. Which would have been fine if they had just said that instead of not getting back with us at all. I also didn't appreciate or condone them trying to make our roof condition out to be something it was not and passing that along to the insurance adjustor. After waiting several days to hear back from I contacted Guadardo Roofing. They came out next day, identified the problem and fixed it in 3 days at nominal cost. I had called Hisway because I liked the fact they displayed a faith based message and high standards on their webpage. Unfortunately for us, they did not live up to those standards.

  We had a fantastic experience with Hisway roofing! When the storm damage hit, I was stressed over handling the insurance process. Jaime came out, met with the insurance adjuster and handled the paperwork seamlessly from beginning to end. Jaime stayed in constant communication with us telling us everything to expect and always did what he said. Our new roof looks amazing! The work ethic of the crew was top notch. They replaced our entire roof in one day. The crew arrived on time, protected our landscaping and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Jaime and his project manager Berto came back the following day to inspect the roof, go over any concerns that we had and do an additional sweep for nails and cleanup. Thank you so much to Jaime and Berto and the whole crew. We highly recommend Hisway Roofing!

  Had a great experience with Hisway Roofing beginning to end. Ryan provided education on the claim process without being pushy like other roofing companies. Berto and his crew saw the job through and was super helpful with added small extra tasks, which was awesome! 100% recommend for them.

  I can’t recommend Hisway Roofing enough! I had been putting off replacing my roof because I’d always heard the process was stressful—especially when it came to dealing with insurance. Thankfully, working with Brett completely changed that experience. From start to finish, Brett was amazing. He handled everything, from the initial inspection and taking all the necessary photos to communicating directly with my insurance company. He kept me informed every step of the way and made what I expected to be a stressful process feel incredibly easy. So much so that the timeframe from inspection to new roof was about a week. The crew did an outstanding job on my brand-new roof and gutters, and the finished product looks fantastic. The quality of the work, professionalism, and customer service exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering a new roof or even just want peace of mind, do yourself a favor and call Hisway Roofing for a free inspection. Ask for Brett—you’ll be glad you did!

  Very prompt service and repair. Documents damage with before and after pictures. On time, cleans everything up, friendly and professional worker. You see clearly what was repaired and how it looks with the after pictures. Very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

  Hisway Roofing is absolutely wonderful. We called for an inspection and Ryan came out same day for two roofs in different locations. Extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will be using Hisway Roofing for years to come.

  Andrew walked us through a shingle recall with Tamko. Was super friendly and helpful through the very long process waiting on Tamko. Once the install took place, Berto, Hisway’s on site project manager, was great and kept us informed. I’d highly recommend these guys!
