Got written order signed and deposit given for skylight replacement. They called about a week later saying they needed ~$300 more to do the job! Bait and switch against a legal document. Senior citizens LOOK OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.

We are so sorry to lose you as a customer Mr. Hamilton. We've been servicing your roof needs since 2009 and we never had any issues. I apologize we hired a new salesman and he made a mistake estimating your skylight. If you look at industry averages a skylight replacement costs range from $1500 to $4000 depending on sizes and options. The price of $1850 that Ryan quoted you was a discounted price to you for being a previous customer. Again we apologize for our mistake we made on your initial estimate.

Tiger Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They were professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. Their communication with me during the job was exceptional. They documented their steps, took photos (which they shared with me), gave me options and explained their recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. They did a great clean up afterwards. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. 15/10 recommendation!

They were quick to call me back.I had an estimate for seamless gutters very quickly. In about 3 weeks a team showed up and installed the gutters in about 5 hrs. They looked nice and very professional. The only problem is that some water coming off of the roof is coming down between the gutter and the house. This defeats the purpose of the gutters. Update: Within 1 day Tiger reached out to me, a field rep came by that same day and made a small repair. The next day the installer come out and replaced a bent piece on the gutter guards. Tiger Roofing was quick to respond and seemed to care about my problem.Hopefully, this takes care of my issue, another rain is coming the last of this week.
